Abstract:In the drilling of kilometer level wire line coring horizontal holes, the research and demonstration of directional deviation correction and logging technology for horizontal holes are carried out. The technology of full hole wire line coring deviation correction for deep horizontal directional drilling was innovated and formed, and the precise control of the drilling track was realized. Using hydraulic transmission of geophysical testing equipment and drilling television equipment inside the drill pipe has effectively solved the three major problems of difficulty in delivering, testing, and proposing ultra-long horizontal boreholes, forming a comprehensive logging technology system for small caliber and ultra-long horizontal boreholes. The drilling task of 925m deep horizontal directional drilling hole was successfully completed, accurately entering the geological target area and realizing the exploration purpose.

Abstract:With analysis of the existing drilling information of Hole ZK1403 in Henan Banchang Mining Area, a deviation correction plan was determined according to the geological requirements of directional deviation correction. An effective directional deviation correction process with the slim hole mud motor was developed in terms of deviation correction drilling theory with the slim hole mud motor, drilling equipment, instruments, drilling procedure and drilling parameters. Successful deviation correction was achieved from the hole depth 958m, inclination 10° and azimuth 143° to the hole depth 1100m, inclination 7° and azimuth 18°. Based on the correction results in the mining area, both the advantages and disadvantages of the process were summarized, providing reference for deviation correction in deep geological hole drilling.

Abstract:Based on the previous construction situation of ZK5407 in Zhuxi mining area and according to the geological requirements of directional deviation correction, the general idea of directional deviation correction was determined. This paper introduces in detail the screw directional deviation correction technologies used 17 times in the segment from the hole depth of 1288.70m, angle 8.6 and azimuth 30 to the hole depth of 1637.25m, angle 2.7 and azimuth 257 , including the theoretical preparation, instrument and equipment, implementation process and drilling technology.

Abstract:In the mid 1960s, the proven reserve was 93 million tons in Zhongguan iron mine area. Because of the deep groundwater table and difficult drainage, curtain grouting was adopted for water control to avoid high mining cost and protect the ecological environment. The curtain grouting has high demand of borehole verticality, hole deviation of the whole section should not be more than 2 m. Gyroscope directional deviation correction was explored in practice with success.
