Abstract:In order to verify the research results of field geological exploration and geophysical prospecting, 4 holes, more than 1500 meters in depth, were constructed at deep detecting experimental base in Xingcheng of Liaoning Province. The design depth of JK-1 is 1800 meters, but its actual depth is 1750 meters. By drilling through the basement of Yangjiazhangzi synclinal basin, the complete core of North China type Paleozoic strata in western Liaoning Province was achieved. The quality indexes of recovery rate and borehole verticality have reached high quality requirements. The smooth implementation of JK-1 will provide technical support for the subsequent drilling construction.

Abstract:The geological conditions are complex with large lithology difference and stratum pressure difference in Tahe oilfield, there are local high pressure brine zone and gypsum salt bed, the hole size is restricted, which bring many technical difficulties for drilling engineering. Aiming at these problems, sidetracking by setting whipstock, directional ream while drilling, expansion tube and slim-hole horizontal well drilling technology were put forward. TK7-640CH drilling practice shows that the above technologies are feasible in the application for φ177.8mm casing whipstock sidetracking horizontal well in ordovician of Tahe oilfield, can seal complex formation and the abnormal pressure system. The paper discusses and analyzes the feasibility of the technical difficulties and technical schemes in sidetrack drilling; sums up the successful experience in real drilling, which provides technical support for the recovery and regeneration for old wells in Tahe oilfield.

Abstract:Aimed at the wall protection difficulties in multiple interlayer and karst stratum, which can not be solved by traditional wall protection means, high pressure jet grouting cement slurry technology was put forward and successfully developed. By the practice experiences in several mining areas and boreholes, the reliable and effective “cement casing” has formed by wall protection technology with high pressure jet grouting cement slurry in collapse and oversized hole sections in any depth and loose strata. The paper systematically introduces this technology about its process principle, the technical points, the application and popularization.

Abstract:In order to improve the ROP of lower section under 3000m depth in Yi1 well of Mongolia, hydroefflux hammer rotarypercussion drilling technology was used. According to the characteristics of the formation lithology, the impact power and the frequency were selected by the hammer rig testing to determine the rotarypercussion drilling parameters. The hydroefflux hammer was used in the section of 3675m to 3817m with the cone bit. With the reasonable hydraulic parameters and performance parameters of the hammer, the desired high ROP was achieved. The net drilling time of the hammer was 185h with total footage of 142m; under the conditions of the similar stratum and the bit, the footage of 2 rounds rotarypercussion drilling was 10m more than that of previous 4 rounds rotary drilling, and the ROP was increased by 42%, the rotarypercussion drilling technology became a new technical means for Baiyinchagan area.

Abstract:The multifunctional antipollution agent is a kind of flushing fluid material made of organically modified bentonite, which can be used to prepare salt water and magnesium based flushing fluid system. This flushing fluid material was successfully applied in a mine of Laos, which indicates that it has strong salt tolerance and antipollution ability, strong inhibition of shale hydration decomposition, effective wall and core protection, especially is suitable for the use in the formations containing the soluble salts of halite (rock salt), sylvite and carnallite.

Abstract:The complex water sensitive formation and broken rocks were encountered in the reconnaissance survey and detailed investigation areas of Shenxi manganese mine in Guizhou. On the premise of rational selection of drilling equipments, drilling parameters and proper operation, 2 solid-free flushing fluids of PHP-GSP and GPLS plant gums are used to have effectively prevented borehole diameter shrinkage and wall collapse, the friction resistance between drilling tools and borehole wall is reduced to avoid the downhole accident. Meanwhile the ROP is increased with the advantages of less flushing fluid material transfer, improved economic drilling efficiency and environmental protection. The paper introduces solid-free flushing fluids of PHP-GSP and GPLS plant gums about their action mechanism, compound methods and attentions in use.

Abstract:Hongyakou coal exploration project in Luoping County of Yunnan Province is located near the fault zone. Influenced by multiphase tectonic geological processes, parallel thrusts, lateral strike-slip faults and a small amount of normal faults developed. There are serious deformations by extrusion, large strata inclination and even with local upright to inverted and broken strata. According to the low drilling efficiency and frequent accidents caused by severe upper leakage and drilling to the fault fracture zones and coal-bearing strata, the researches and tests were made to explore the mud suitable for complex strata drilling of coal exploration in this coal mine.

Abstract:In the detailed exploration of Liziping lead-zinc mine in Yunnan Province, because the formation fracture zone is developed, the core recovery rate is very low by using the wire-line coring drilling, which can not meet the design requirements. Abstract:3D entity model was set up for TGLW 220 660 flushing fluid centrifuge drum that is self-developed and used in geological drilling; using finite element analysis software, 3D finite element analysis and simulation were made on the whole structure of the drum under normal working conditions. The simulation analysis results show that the strength of the centrifuge drum under the normal working conditions can meet the construction requirements and the strength checking based on traditional theory further validates the rationality and reliability of rotary drum design, which provides the important theory basis for the safe use of TGLW 220 660 centrifuge in construction site.

Abstract:Based on the research on local diameter expansion reaming bit for CBM well with local diameter expansion, PS-150/700D local diameter expansion double wings reaming bit is successfully developed. The paper introduces this new reaming bit about its structure, jet force calculation, design points and main technical parameters. Abstract:At present, beryllium copper non-magnetic drilling rod material is used for horizontal directional drilling in coal mine tunnel both in China and abroad. Because of the low elongation of this alloy material, the drilling rod is easy to be broken. In order to solve this problem, high strength titanium alloy drill rod is developed; the material selection and the drill pipe thread structure design were discussed. The tests on upsetting process show that the strength is up to the design goal and the field tests verify the application effect of the drilling rod.

Abstract:Hole collapse and diameter shrinkage often occur in the pile foundation borehole construction, the borehole quality directly affects the quality of the bored grouting pile. Except for casing in borehole construction, the most effective wall protection method is by sloughing mud. Through the comparison and analysis on various mud with ingredients, the best formula of collapse preventing mud is selected to improve the stability of hole wall in bored grouting pile construction.

Abstract:According to a correction engineering case in Ningbo City, with an application of correction by high pressure spouting water for radial well, inclination rectification on a 6 storey masonry structures residence was successfully completed, the paper introduces the actualizing principle, construction technology and construction control points. Abstract:The post-grouting bored pile was used for the foundation pile for Xiangluowan project of Sinosteel in Tianjin, the maximum length of the pile was 76m and the designed eigenvalue of bearing capacity of single pile was up to 15000kN. The paper elaborates the bored pile about its construction technology, technical difficulties and the solutions, straight thread connection technology for reinforcement cage at pile hole entrance and post grouting construction technology. The field tests prove that all the piles are of the class Ⅰ, the bearing capacity of single pile meets the design requirements and the maximum value of ultimate bearing capacity is 35000kN.

Abstract:Diamond bit technology patent documents in China from 1985 to 2013 are collected and sorted. The applicant type distribution, patent maintenance period, the technology field and the patent legal status are analyzed and compared with the overall patent level in China. The results show that the applications of diamond bit technology patent have been greatly increased in China in recent years, domestic applicants have the absolute superiority in the patent number, the main application fields are geology (mining), petroleum & natural gas and the construction industry. It is balanced for the applicant's technical capacity and there is no monopoly technology encirclement, but the patent type distribution is uneven with short maintenance period and service life. Some patent strategies of diamond bit technology are discussed.
