Abstract:The scientific drilling project in the eastern sea area is a major item in marine geology reaearch of China. Due to the complicated construction environment, drilling operation is difficult. According to the geological forecast and environmental conditions, the difficulties in offshore drilling are analyzed to put forward the technical schemes of borehole structure, drilling process, coring method and flushing fluid.

Abstract:The groundwater recharge for geothermal field is a new technology to realize the geothermal energy resources sustainable development, solve the geothermal energy supply and improve the utilization efficiency of geothermal energy. The technical method is implemented by a water injection well constructed at a certain distance from the exploiting well, by exchange of certain proportion water injected to underground through injection well and the heat source to improve the heat resource. This paper introduces a new technology to increase the geothermal well injection by fracturing the water into injection well. By hydraulic fracturing and pumping tests, obvious effect of water injection increase is obtained, which provides a new technical method for reasonable exploitation and protection of geothermal energy resources for China.

Abstract:The combination of pneumatic DTH and air-lift reverse circulation drilling has the characteristics of effective drilling and good quality of well, which has been widely applied in the construction of water well and deep geothmal well. Based on the application practice of deep well construction, the paper elaborates the economic and social benefits obtained by the application of multi-process air drilling technology and summarizes the points for attention in use.

Abstract:Shale gas is a kind of unconventional energy which draws more concern in recent years, so the related exploration and development technologies become the focus. A large quantity of patented technologies has been currently created both in China and abroad. The catalog analysis is made based on the adoption of international patent classification method and using Derent international patent database and Patent database of China intellectual property network, it is found that the patent applications of whole shale gas technologies group are concentrated in 15 technological areas, such as dry distillation and and thermal recovery; while patents of drilling, cementing, well completion and fracturing have accounted very small propotion. But the related patents of these 4 fields are booming quickly. Judging from the life cycle, the shale gas technology is in a period of rapie development and will go to the maturation in 2018. The related upstream fields of drilling, cementing, well completion and fracturing is just entering the rapie development period.

Abstract:In order to improve the exploration benefit of deep compacted sandstone gas reservoir, shorten the drilling cycle and lower the drilling investment in Daqing, the research has been carried out on drilling speed increase for turbodrilling technology. Firstly, based on the working principle of turbodrilling, the matching bit optimization is studied, the matching bit is determined by the pilot test; then considering the site construction conditions, the matching technologies of BHA is studied to form the improved drilling technology for deep well turbodrilling in Daqing, this technology has been proved successful in Dashen well 15, and a new record of ROP in Qingshen gas field generated, which provided new technical means for the drilling and exploration of deep natural gas reservoir.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high formation pressure, active formation fluid and difficult construction for horizontal wells in 503 block of Daqing oilfield and by the laboratory experiments, the original low-viscosity water-in-oil drilling fluid system formula has been optimized so that when the upper limit of density reaches 200g/cm3, the controllable range of oil-water ratio is from 75∶25 to 90∶10, and the drilling fluid still has good rheology, electrical stability and sedimentation stability. By the application in well Chao42-P125, the construction requirements are met and downhole safety is ensured.

Abstract:NP32-3646 is a three-interval and four-spud directional well with designed depth of 5798m. The swirl nozzle PDC bit was tested in the section of 3864m to 4265m (well deviation angle of 29.18 ), which had 5 drag blades with diameter of 16mm for its main cutters and 7 nozzles (3 ordinary ones and 4 swirl ones with 11mm and 18mm in diameter respectively). In deep and extra-deep well drilling, higher mud density and viscosity are usually employed, which is against to improve bit drilling efficiency. To address this issue, based on the produce mechanism and rock-breaking mechanism of swirling jet flow, the analysis is made on the field application of swirl nozzle PDC bit with 5 drag blades in well NP32-3646. The field application indicates that duo to its three-dimensional velocity of tangential, axial and radial, swirling jet flow can improve the cuttings removal performance at well bottom and rock-breaking can be realized by shear, erosion, stretching and grinding so as to improve drilling efficiency. The swirl nozzle bit obtained a total footage of 401m with average rate of penetration of 4.45m/h, which can meet the needs of field drilling and has good popularization and application prospect.

Abstract:In order to cope with accidents of hole deviation and drill pipe sticking in 100m deep horizontal drilling construction, wire-line coring technology was applied by testing in 2 engineerings. By replacing flexible steel wire in fisher with iron pipe, the fishing and lowering of inner-tube assembly are solved. No accidents occurred in these 2 wells, and good drilling effect is achieved with high drilling efficiency and high coring rate. With the engineering cases, the paper introduces the technical requirements and process measures of wire-line coring drilling technology applied in horizontal well.

Abstract:The factors that influence DTH hammer efficiency are analyzed and the mathematical model is established based on the experimental data. The sensitivity analysis is made on each influencing factor by grey relation analysis method to obtain the correlation degree of each factor and the drilling speed. By using the sensitivity analysis results, the scientific measures can be adopted to improve the drilling efficiency of pneumatic DTH hammer.

Abstract:Currently, there are no mature design and optimization methods of recharge for foundation pit tube well. Through the analysis on different types of deep foundation pit recharge, the design principle and process are presented and the discussion and analysis are made on the well recharge parameters and maximum recharge pressure. Based on the calculation of 285 sets of hydro-geological model of deep foundation pit, different permeability anisotropy parameters, recharge well types, well locations and seepage featrues under the buildings (structures) being protected are comparatively analyzed to provide the comprehensive index of recharge well design. From the angles of economic, technique and construction difficulty, the comprehensive evaluation are made on double effect of recharge to the buildings (structures) protection and pit dewatering to guide the integration design of pumping and recharging.

Abstract:The formation conditions are complex in an intercity railway station of Zhengzhou to Xinzheng, lens of sandy soil and cohesive soil exist interacted. The excavation range is in poor permeable loess formation with silt, silty sand silty clay, so the dewatering well construction quality is very important. The formation conditions and characteristics of enclosure structure should be fully considered in dewatering design to ensure water level lowering below the excavating surface and avoid the sand flow, piping and gushing. The dewatering scheme is designed on the baisis of the analysis on hydrogeology seepage in the field by 3D numerical simulation, and with the effective dewatering construction measures being used, good dewatering effect has been proved by practice.

Abstract:The main reasons of low drilling efficiency in elastic-plastic compact mudstone are analyzed. On this basis, a new type bit with sharp-tooth PDC was developed. The optimal design in geometric structure of PDC, cutting structure and hydraulic structure makes a good performance of the bit. Compared with ordinary PDC bits, it provides longer service life and higher drilling efficiency (average in 300m and 3~4m/h respectively) in elastic-plastic compact mudstone drilling.

Abstract:The sampling equipment for groundwater monitoring is divided into bucket sampler, inertial sampler, gas-driven sampler and the submersible pump sampler in foreign countries. The bucket sampler has the features of simple technical principle, easy-making, low cost and wide application range and is less affected by the monitoring well diameter and the sampling depth; the inertial sampler has small diameter and can be used in small diameter monitoring well with sampling depth up to 90m; the gas-driven sampler has complex structure and wide application range, which is suitable for most groundwater monitoring wells with high efficiency; the submersible pump sampler is the most effective one in these four.
