Abstract:In the Northeast permafrost zone of China, MK-2 hole was drilled for natural gas hydrate drilling test by using gas hydrate coring technology and drilling parameter monitoring system. Drilling parameter monitoring system can collect parameters such as depth, WOB, ROP, rotary speed, rotary torque, flow rate and mud pump pressure. Combining with these parameters and the formation conditions, the factors that affect the drilling efficiency were analyzed. By the analysis, some results are gotten: ①low drilling efficiency is in the broken belt, carbonaceous slate and mylonite formation; while high drilling efficiency in sandstone, sandy shale and slate; ②obtaining the optimal WOB for different strata; ③test technology, equipment and test results in the MK-2 hole can be reference for future natural gas hydrate drilling.

Abstract:Because of the high jet speed and great pressure, well washing by high pressure auto rotate jet technology is very suitable to the washing of water supply tube well like water well, geothermic conditioner well and geothermal well with the advantages of auto rotate, no-pollution to the environment and equipments, high washing efficiency and low cost; and water yield can be increased or recharge well recharged. Abstract:LZ series of continuous whipstock is a deflection-making tool applied in petroleum domain, but which is not popularized in a wider scope for small diameter drilling of solid minerals being lack of the mature corresponding technology. According to the formation conditions in Lanling iron mine area and the causes of common phenomenon of borehole deflection, the paper introduced the working principles of LZ-73 continuous whipstock and 2 kinds of direction methods based on the application of whipstock in the mine and some experiences.

Abstract:Fushan oilfield is a typical condensate reservoir. The reservoir porosity is 10%~20%.The average reservoir permeability is 35×10-3μm2. It belongs to medium porosity and low permeability reservoir, and part being with low porosity and extra-low permeability. It is water sensitive and easy to collapse. By the test, XZD-Ⅱtemporary plugging agent was selected as shielding temporary plugging drilling and completion fluid to protect oil-gas formation with good effects.

Abstract:S15 well is located in the southeast of Ahawaz in Iran, which was a sidetracking horizontal well and the first horizontal well by Sinopec in Yada project in Iran. Because of the long open hole section, deep sidetrack points, long horizontal section and large horizontal displacement, the construction was very difficult. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, aimed at the characteristics of drilled formation, through making up the effective trajectory control scheme, selecting the appropriate screw and BHA, taking reasonable drilling parameters and technical measures and meanwhile optimizing the drilling tool structure, the drilling tasks were successfully completed. The matching horizontal well drilling technologies suitable to Yada of Iran were summed up as the reference for the late horizontal wells drilling construction.

Abstract:The paper introduces the design ideas and points of a new type of double cylinders mutual-effect folding derrick. This derrick is a set of parts configured for the tracked vertical shaft integrated core drill with derrick and machine. The upper section of the derrick can be turned 180 degrees by the mutual-effect of double cylinders to realize the folding and extension to satisfy the length for transportation and the height for construction. The whole process of actions, such as extending, pinning, lifting, sliding to the ground and being drilling before operation; and the pin removing, folding and the sliding down after work, is driven by full hydraulic.

Abstract:Drilling speed rising in deep wells has experienced with good effects in Daqing oilfield for many years and the new technologies were tested in 2012. TorkBuster torque compactor was introduced for testing in well Zhaoshen 17, the average ROP was 4 m/h even up to 8 m/h. Compared to the conventional drilling in the same interval, at least 5 pipe trips and 5 working days were saved. The successful application of torque compactor in well Zhaoshen 17 could be a new approach to drilling speed rising in Yingcheng group and the below formations in.

Abstract:In the construction of high-rise and super high-rise buildings in urban, the bored grouting pile construction scheme of “excavation before construction” is widely used. When the groundwater level is higher than the excavation face or there is confined water in the effective length of the pile, it would even cause harmful consequence to the bored grouting pile construction. Based on the analysis on the unfavorable influence of the groundwater to the bored grouting pile, the paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures, the summarized experience could be available for reference to the similar engineering.

Abstract:With field cases, the comparison and selection were made on commonly used foundation pit support and water-stop methods; the introduction was made on the double-row piles retaining and high-pressure rotary jet grouting water-stop curtain in saturated sand deep foundation pit. Abstract:According to the variable degrees of settlement of the local high roadbed and the back of bridge and culvert in Hengshui track division of Beijing-Jiulong, static pressure grouting and gravity grouting consolidation were selectively used for about 5000 running meters in these 2 years. By the train operation limitation of rail allowance to the level undulating, most high roadbed grouting volume is normal, but there are part insufficient grouting. It is often seen that the grouting effects are good in the back of bridge and culvert, supporting cone and some frequent subsiding high roadbed with large amount of grouting, which solves subsequent settlement; while the technical process still should be studied for those high roadbed with small amount grouting to treat settlement.

Abstract:The dykes of curtain grouting work area in Dagangshan hydropower station are steep and the environmental limitation and natural deflecting force of formation are significant. So the design of hole-deflection is strict and the vertex angle requirement is up to ≤ 0.5 °/100 m. By using multi-stabilizer anti-deflection BHA, the grouting hole axis vertex angle changing and hole bottom offset were effectively limited and the grouting hole bending deflection was controlled with the quality of grouting holes significantly improved.

Abstract:Viscosity is one of the important parameters to evaluate the mud property of bored pile. Because of the large pile diameter, low mud circulation velocity and low shear rate, the methods of evaluating mud rheological property of petroleum drilling and geological exploration is not suitable for evaluating bored pile. This paper firstly analyzes the circulation velocity of bored pile to calculate the shear rate distribution; then analyzes the shear rate of rotary viscometer and suggests that variable speed viscometer with low rpm is more suitable to evaluate the mud of bored pile; the plastic viscosity, effective viscosity and yield point formulation under low shear rate were finally deduced.

Abstract:Xinzhou tunnel section of Datong-Xi’an is oblique crossing Dayun expressway, the tunnel top is near the collapsible soil of expressway, so settlement control requirements are very strict. By one-time advanced support using self drilling pipe shed, the safe operation of expressway was ensured and pavement settlement was effectively controlled. The construction practice shows that self drilling pipe shed has advantages of one-time long distance construction, precious construability, less ground settlement and controllable grouting fullness, and can be the reference to the application of self drilling pipe shed technology.
