Abstract:In the current situation, the imbalance between supply and demand of international energy is increasingly prominent, the exploration and development of shale gas resources becomes the focus of world attention. Shale gas is an ultra-low permeability unconventional gas; there are many key technologies in its exploration and development. The paper introduced the related sealed coring and the hold pressure sealed coring technologies, horizontal well technology and fracturing technology, and put forward the suggestion of developing related technologies for shale gas exploration and development in China.

Abstract:Y3 complex fault block reservoir is with characteristics of complicated tectonic system, many small fault-blocks, faults, many oil bearing formations and different oil reservoir types; it is difficult to improve economic benefit by traditional drilling techniques. Based on the statistical analysis on real drilling data of Y3 block, and according to the casing program, well trajectory and the bit type, the optimized drilling plan suitable to this block was put forward. The application shows that the coincidence rate between drilling trajectory and design plan is 90%, which further indicates the technical feasibility of optimized drilling plan, and provides the important technical support to subsequent well in the cross fault-block development and optimized & fast drilling construction.

Abstract:Based on the DP31H well in Daniudi gas field of Ordos basin, which is a horizontal well with 2000m super-long radius, the difficulties in each section construction are analyzed with the countermeasures. In the drilling process, fast drilling and borehole curvature in the second section with φ311.2mm; bit selection, cutting bed and back pressure in the third super-long horizontal construction were encountered. By the rational technical measures, the construction was successfully finished.

Abstract:Abstract: Controlled Pressure Drilling (CPD) involves three subsets, Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), Underbalanced Drilling(UBD) and Air Drilling(AD). CPD could be used to decrease non drilling time and mitigate drilling hazards, increase rate of penetration (ROP), prevent lost of circulation, eliminate sticking, protect reservoir with low pressure and improve productivity. Geothermal wells are of characteristics of high temperature, hard rock, fractured formation and low pore pressure along with likely high pressure of shallow formation. It is proved that CPD could increase ROP, prevent lost of circulation and improve productivity. This paper introduces CPD technology and its application in geothermal energy exploration and development.

Abstract:This paper introduces the application experiment of DTH hammer drilling in bauxite. The result shows that this technology can improve the drilling efficiency by 5.1 times than the common double drilling (double drilling with single-motor), and its best efficiency can reach to 15.33 m/h. Some valuable experiences have been accumulated for the further promotion of DTH hammer techniques.

Abstract:There are large formation dip, high building rate, slow drilling speed and long drilling cycle in Fangzheng area. The high-risk areas and formations of deviation were drawn to confirm easy deviation formation of BaoⅠsection and Xinwu group; by optimizing anti-deviation BHA and drilling parameters and combining with compound drilling and vertical drilling system, a set of anti-deviation and fast drilling technology in easily inclined formation of Fangzheng area was formed, which can improve drilling speed and shorten drilling time significantly.

Abstract:Based on the geological features of earth-rock compact parts and drainage hole construction requirements for tailings dam of Geerma gold mine in Maqu of Gansu Province, and by the technical and economic analysis, the construction plan of inclined drainage hole for tailings dam was optimized, pipe reamer trenchless technique was successfully applied in the construction with good effects, which could be the reference for the similar project.

Abstract:With hollow-through DTH hammer reverse circulation continuous coring (sample) technology, slagging or halfway slagging while drilling in the “hard, brittle, broken” complex formations are often encountered; to solve these problems, a new type of internal jet orifice reverse circulation bit was optimally designed on the basis of the existing hollow-through DTH hammer RC bit, which can form the powerful multilevel injection-suction fluid field. The article also imitates and analyzes the influence of 2 structural parameters of internal jet orifice level angle and the offset distance between internal jet orifice axis & the bit midpoint to the suction capacity of new RC bit structure. The simulation analysis has verified that the structure of such a RC bit is simpler with good reverse circulation effect.

Abstract:The waste mud produced in geotechnical engineering construction has properties of high water content and poor dewatering character, so it is important to study how to improve the amount of dehydration. Various types of physical or chemistry conditioning were carried out in the tests to change the physicochemical nature of particle surface and components of waste mud to destroy the band colloid structure and reduce the affinity between water and colloid particles, thus the dewatering performance of waste mud can be improved. Based on the experimental analysis on the different types of inorganic materials and organic polymer flocculants, it is found that the dewatering effect of PAM for waste mud is superior to that of inorganic materials; and among cationic PAM, anionic PAM and nonionic PAM, cationic PAM is the best in dewatering performance.

Abstract:Large scale foundation pit support and dewatering engineering were carried in complex geological conditions for BBA(BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd.) Tiexi New Factory Office Building, several construction technologies and construction methods were used with high requirements on the quality of construction. Because the rich content of groundwater and high water level in the area, the excavation security was very important. By further study on the safety monitoring projects, strict foundation pit safety monitoring program was made to ensure the safety of the construction.

Abstract:Prestressed high strength concrete drilled caisson (PHC) is used extensively in projects for Xi'an area, the quality problem appearing in construction gradually increases. Project disease of individual project, such as pile capacity largely reducing, and this is often seen in saturated soft soil for south area because of shaft uplift .The paper with Xi'an eastern suburb analyzes the cause and mechanism for heave, shaft uplift, and “hanging foot pile” of static pressure PHC drilled caisson in saturated loess because of squeeze effect and shaft decompression modulus, and key links and precautionary measure has been suggested for drilled caisson construction of saturated loess site.〗Pre-stressed high strength concrete pipe pile (PHC) is extensively used for projects in Xi’an area with the construction quality problems gradually increasing. Engineering disease of individual project, such as pile capacity largely reducing, is often seen in saturated soft soil in south area because of shaft upfloat .The paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of heave by squeezing effect and shaft decompression rebound; “suspending pile” by shaft upfloat with a PHC pipe pile project in eastern suburb of Xi’an. Abstract:Nonghuai tunnel is a large municipal tunnel in karst area of Pingxiang of Guangxi with karst development, this short tunnel is deep-buried and large-span. According to the geological conditions, drill-blast tunneling—new Austrian method was used; the principles of short cutting, weak blasting, advanced strong support and early lining were followed in broken sections of structural opening and surrounding rocks, the tunneling was successfully finished by comprehensive measures.
