Abstract:This article has reviewed the typical core drilling technologies used in continental scientific drilling projects in the word. The criteria for evaluating core drilling technology has been put forward, they are safety, coring quality, drilling efficiency and drilling cost. The main core drilling technologies used in scientific deep drilling projects in the word have been evaluated according to these criteria and a conclusion can be drawn that downhole motor/hydro-hammer and diamond coring method is the best deep core drilling method.

Abstract:the Jinchuan science deep drill preliminary guide hole is one project of the continental scientific drilling location and scientific drilling experiments of drilling. Design drill hole depth for 2000~2500 m, mainly adopts S122, S75 and S95 wire coring drilling technology. Considering deep drilling and small ring gap characteristic during wire core and the complex formation mine characteristics of Jinchuan, drilling fluid becomes an important technical design link. Abstract:In order to solve the issue of storage, management and usage of the data which generate by drilling monitor in deep geological core drilling, combined with independent research and development of drilling monitor, we establish database of drilling parameters by using the toolkit of LabSQL to realize the function of insert or inquire drilling parameters. Combined with the the data in site of deep drilling, select drilling parameters from database to draw five series diagrams of those parameters. Analysze and estimate work condition by review those parameters curves which has certain significance for drillings and propose the conception for mining drilling parameters data further.

Abstract:Burial depth of marine gas reservoir in Yuanba region surpasses 6500m. There were some problems, such as high drag and torque, high temperature, which proposed higher demands for horizontal well drilling technology. Well Yuanba 272H was the first horizontal well deployed in Yuanba Ⅱ region, and the drilling construction is very difficult. By means of optimization design, advanced borehole trajectory control technology, drag and torque precise forecast analysis, application of advanced HTHP MWD, measuring and controlling problems under high temperature environment was resolved. Drilling fluid resistance to high temperature was used, and properties was adjusted immediately according to stratigraphic characteristics, and the demands of high-temperature stability, cuttings carrying capacity and lubricating property was meet. Through the construction of well Yuanba 272H, a set of drilling technology suit for ultra-deep horizontal well in Yuanba region was formed.

Abstract:Some reservoir in the area of Pucheng in zhongyuan oilfield is dolomitic mudstone with mangy microfracture and pore space,but its permeability and porosity are very low.Considering its huge remaining oil potential,it is determined to implement multistage hydraulic fracturing at P1-FP1 well.Through that we studyed reservoir quality,analysed the minifrac and optimized fracturing parameters by fracturing software to acquire the appropriate fracturing operation parameters,and selected the optimal fluid and proppant.It has been successfully completed on the field,and a total of 2975 m3 fluid was pumped down into the hole with 308 m3 proppant added,and it obtained a certain effect after fracturing.The successful application will provide the technical basis and operation experience for the fracturing of the dolomitic mudstone reservoir.

Abstract:Hydraulic fracturing is an important technology to improve production in low permeability reservoir, the performance of the fracturing fluid is also a key factor , which affect the increasing production of hydraulic fracturing. Fine quality ,high efficiency show the developing trend of blending technology. Based on the analysis of both the current technology problems of fracturing fluid blending and characteristics of thickening agent and solid additive,the key factor that limits the efficiency of fracturing fluid blending is pointed out ,and a new blending technology of fracturing fluid that promote dissolution rate and quality of fluid is put forward according to experimental research. By means of PLC, the fracturing fluid is blended automatically. The new blending technology and equipments have been applied in Daqing oilfield for more than two years. Practical application result demonstrates that the new technology possess characteristics, such as viscosity release quickly, accurate additive adding, all kinds of additive are mixed evenly, the dry power surround by water is eliminated in guar solution. The validity and reasonableness of the new technology is verified.

Abstract:Our company undertakes one oil shale exploration project of the Shell Companies in Jilin; this is the first time to get in the oildrilling filed from geologic core drilling for our company.The main rocks in this mining area are mudstone, sandstone, shale and clay rock. They are uneven thickness, changing frequently, soft and strong water senstivity. The key for successfully drilling is mud system and performance. After failed drilling No.1 and No.2 well of Dunhua, we developed a potassium salt / polymer drilling fluid, and applied to the Jilin Yitong, Nonga mining area and finished about 2375 meters. In the process of drilling, the well wall is stability, no drilling burying accident. We got higher drilling efficiency and better engineering quality.

Abstract:The potential of shale gas of Sichuan basin is enormous. In the Sizhufu syncline in this area, the Jx well has a successful unconventional industrial airstream in the shale of Zhenzhuchong section of Zhiliujing group. In other 2 wells in Dongyuemiao section of zhiliujing group, the industrial value also appears. Research indicates that in the western Hubei province and eastern Chongqing province, there are two different kinds of shale in Zhiliujing group. One is “shale with sandstone”which means layers of sandstone exist in layers of shale. Another is “share with limestone” which means layers of shale are sedimented with thin layers of limestone. The shale gas in both kinds of shale is active and has a large potential when the shale are mined.

Abstract:In order to enhance penetrate seed bettly, super high pressure jet drilling technology with high discharge is researched.Based on drilling geologic environment of Tarim basin, the super high pressure jet drilling scheme with high discharge & adequate bit pressure drop is proposed, and drilling rig is upgraded,to meet need for high pressure jet drilling scheme with high discharge. Based on drilling scheme, discharge capacity and bit pressure drop is optimized, and hydraulic compute software is programmed. Based on which, drilling parameters and drilling fluid performance parameters are also optmized. The result is used in five wells, and comparaed with conventional technology, penetartion rate with super high pressure jet drilling technology can be enhanced by 50%~260%,and drilling time can be reduced by 38%~58%. Drilling sticking problem can also be reduced obviously, and wellbore quality is better, as well as penetration rate and drilling efficiency are obviously enhanced.

Abstract:Greenstone belt golden ore prospecting project at Victoria Lake in Tanzania consisited of seven boreholes and a total of 2500 meters of drilling. In fact, twelve boreholes were completed and a total of 3201.2m meters of drilling were realized. Abstract:Percussion drilling has been widely used in oil and gas exploration, while there are still some problems, such as severe damages to drilling tools, low energy transfer efficiency. The energy transfer and rate of penetration are key parameters of the percussion drilling. According to the practical application of the percussion drilling, the calculation assumptions, establish the three-dimensional model, define the material properties and element types, meshing, define the contact, apply load are described. The finite element model of that the geophysical prospecting impactor-bit-rock interaction was established. The computer simulation was finished. The results indicate that: the energy transfer efficiency when the impactor piston impacted bit is 73.0%. The depth of that the bit broke the rock is 6.4 mm in one percussion-rotary drill. The impactor piston had radial velocity and displacement during the motion process. Its harm is very big. It should be reduced as much as possible. The results are further useful to extend the applications of the geophysical prospecting impactor and hammer bit.

Abstract:With the development and promotion application of the trenchless horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technology, reflecting the deviation between the construction path and the design path became an important indicator of the quality. The paper introduced that the deviation between the construction path and the design path were drawn in the coordinate system, using the composite coordinates combining the Polar iso-distance net and Cartesian coordinate system. This method reflected the deviation between the construction path and the design path intuitively, and it had very intuitive and reliable significance for the acceptance.
