Abstract:Due to the existing environment and special properties of gas hydrate, the only way to recover in-situ gas hydrate is to depend on the pressure-temperature-preserving sampling technique. And the pressure-temperature-preserving sampling system is the most important equipment to get the real physical and chemical properties of gas hydrate. Through the research on pressure-temperature-preserving sampling system for gas hydrate for many years, a non-interference wire-line pressure-temperature-preserving undisturbed sampling drilling tool was designed to get seabed sediments and hydrates in non-diagenetic formations. The sampling tool was introduced about its structure and characteristics, and the functions and features of the key mechanisms for matching pressure-temperature-preserving system were presented. The paper also detailed the coring technology as well as offshore function test and the test results met the design requirements.

Abstract:The press piston sampler was firstly used for marine sampling sand and soil. By the scientific simulation calculation of sampler, the resistance to motion and the pressure to force into formation were obtained. The test shows that the data accorded with actual marine sampling situation; and the designed sealing device, turnover sampler and PC sampling tube can satisfy the requirements of marine sampling.

Abstract:The design constrained equations of azimuth drift is a nonlinear one that contains 3 independent and several hidden unknowns, the numerical iteration method should be used to get the numerical solution. The vertical depth increasing equation was provided, by using vertical depth increasing equation of the constrained equations, one of the 3 independent unknowns was expressed as functions of the other 2 unknowns, which were used for dimension reduction of the design constraint equations. The paper analyzed the calculation details of hidden unknowns and gave the recursive algorithm for hidden unknowns. The numerical value arithmetic of constrained equations after dimension reduction was also put forward, that was half- shrinkage grid method, which could be applied to quickly and reliably find the numerical solutions of design, especially for programming computer software.

Abstract:According to the deep formation characteristics of west block of Mahuangshan, high temperature-resisting drilling fluid system was selected in lab and study was made on the performance optimization. The high temperature tolerance and anti-contamination abilities were improved, crosslinking reaction between SPC-220 and sulfonating agent was introduced for improve the ability of anti-salt pollution. The field application of Ningshen well 1 proved that the property of the high temperature-resisting drilling fluid system is stable and has played important role in the construction of complex formations.

Abstract:To evaluate economic and technical feasibilities of Chang 8 reservoir in Zhengjing oil field developed by horizontal well, HH37P1 well was arranged. The construction difficulties were analyzed with corresponding technical measures. By optimizing bottom hole assembly, controlling well trajectory, regulating drilling fluid properties and combining corresponding engineering technology, HH37P1 horizontal well was successfully drilled. The combination of logging data and logging showed the initial success by using presetting pipe string completion and following fracturing reformation. The successful implementation of HH37P1 horizontal well provides a new approach to effective development of Zhenjing oilfield.

Abstract:With the example of YR-3 well, the paper discussed the multilevel well completion structure and cementing technology of drilling for geothermal water in underlying limestone-dolomite complete formation of Niutuozhen geothermal field. With this technology, borehole collapsing caused by circulation loss and cementing difficulties due to low equipment capacity can be effectively solved. Construction of several wells proved that it is a successful and effective method for Niutuozhen geothermal field and the similar ones.

Abstract:Because of the improper operation of drilling off in a surface grouting hole construction in Wutongzhuang coalmine, the large diameter drill collar tripping and rundown of drill string occurred, the tripped collar was stuck. Special oil fishing bowl pipe was used to deal with the accident, the result was very satisfied. The paper introduced the accident settlement and the fishing bowl pipe technique.

Abstract:According to the drilling problems in Zhaishang gold mining area of Gansu province, such as structural development, broken formation, thick fault zone, borehole diameter shrinkage, leakage, collapse, low core recovery rate and frequent downhole accidents, plant glue mud, PAB solid-free flushing fluid, multi-layer casing protecting wall technology, drilling tools of the Q series and hydro-efflux wire-line coring drilling tools by local reverse circulation were applied with good results.

Abstract:In Kongjiashan mine field, because of uncertain coal thickness and pulverized coal mainly, and also because of inadequate technical preparing, coal seam conditions were judged inaccurately. By the analysis on the problem reason, selection of mining tool and exploring of mining technologies, φ75mm double tube single swivel mining tube was introduced and a simple mining technology was determined. The application showed that the tool and the technology selected could greatly improve the coal sampling rate to avoid the inaccurate judgment of coal seam.

Abstract:This paper first introduces the present situation of insufficient heat utilization ratio of solar energy in the underground concrete storage pile, and based on the existing equivalent model, stimulation analysis of heat transferring process is made on the factors affecting temperature field change under different heat extracting operation conditions. It is known that the temperature field change in heat storage pile is affected by different continuous & intermittent operation modes, heat flux, thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity and underground pipe space; and then optimal parameters are reasonable selected to reduce variation of soil temperature field and make full use of heat in concrete pile.

Abstract:According to the theoretical derivation and reorganizing analysis on the engineering test data, comparative analysis was made on the ground settlement under different conditions of natural ground and the site with existing buildings. With the empirical formula of ground settlement in soft soil of Shanghai, the ground settlement curve of existing buildings overload were fitted with visual representation of the size and shape of ground settlement tank as well as the position of the largest settlement. It is showed that the existence of adjacent buildings obviously change the ground settlement curve shape in natural ground, the consideration of the influence by existence of adjacent buildings is related to the correct evaluation and prediction on the safe state of foundation pit and surrounding environment.

Abstract:Super-long pile was designed for the pile foundation of 117 mansion in the central business district of high-tech zone in Tianjin with high quality requirement and construction difficulties. The paper introduced the construction of super-long bored grouting pile, by the effective control on embedment of steel protective pipe at borehole entrance, mud quality, hole position deviation, borehole verticality and sediment on bottom, borehole quality reached the design requirements with high drilling efficiency and lower cost.

Abstract:The retrogressive landslide was caused by the cutting of highway at K193+060 of national highway 213. After the landslide, it was found that the landslide thrust calculated with mechanical parameters of sliding surface by exploration were inconsistent with practical sliding state. The mechanical parameters of sliding surface should be designed by slope body limit equilibrium method before earth removal, which is inversion algorithm. The paper introduced the main engineering treatment methods and construction technologies.

Abstract:A variety of high-matrix diamond drill bits present in the market to meet the requirements of deep-hole drilling. In the field drilling, although the service life of high-matrix diamond bit has been further improved compared with the conventional ones, it did not achieve the desired effects. Abstract:The sand-and-cobble layer of river bed is thick in the exploration shaft of Angu hydropower station of Sichuan, the construction was difficult to use traditional wall protection by manual digging. According to the formation characteristics, boring was constructed with percussion drill. And test adit was dug in the shaft, following the construction of scheme of more blast hole, small scale of drilling footage, small charge and smooth blasting.
