Abstract:By the comprehensive analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of pullout machines both in China and abroad, 200T hydraulic pullout machine was developed with domestic made hydraulic components, and comparison was made to imported equipment on the performance, service life and use cost. The machine can be used for joint pipe pulling in reinforced cement diaphragm wall construction of port, wharf and high building, and can also be used for lifting location in offshore workboat and operating platform.

Abstract:The paper introduced the calculation method for optimization design of hydraulic drill gear reducer by MATLAB software: with the assurance of overall gear ratio and bearing capacity, taking the minimum gear center distance and the minimum gear thickness as multi-objective, reasonable parameters of hydraulic drill gear reducer were obtained. The gear number and the center distance were reduced by 456% and 594% respectively after optimization.

Abstract:In the core drilling construction, downhole accident is unavoidable and the block of drill pipe, drilling tools and casing are frequently occur. Reverse thread drill pipe cannot get off the block at ideal position and the pipe cutter is commonly used to continue the construction to reduce the economic loss. A new pipe cutter was designed in the engineering practice with reliable working performance; comparing with previously used pipe cutters, it has characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, wide application range (pipe with minimum inner diameter of 60mm can be cut), high working efficiency and good generality.

Abstract:Staircase horizontal well is one way of horizontal well development, it has longer section and more control area, and it also can simultaneously mine different oil layers. Starting from the difficulties in well trajectory control and taking the example of well Jin 31-Ping 2, the paper introduced the geological design and well trajectory design schemes with the well trajectory control idea and methods. By the analysis on the key technology, the implementation focus and the supporting technical measures for staircase horizontal well were described.

Abstract:Diamond wire-line coring drilling and borehole protection by polyacrylamide non-dispersible solid-free fluid were used with several leakage control measures to deal with formation breaking, fracture development, leakage, collapsing, drill rod sticking and burying in Xihedaqiao gold mine of Gansu. The paper summed up the experience of drilling construction in this complex formation and put forward suggestions on reducing non-drilling time and improving drilling efficiency.

Abstract:Relying on the data of static load test on test pile in the foundation of a residensial building of Zhumadian and by the field data of static load test, the standard value of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and the characteristic value of bearing capacity were determined. Comparing to the calculated value in Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations(JGJ 94-2008), empirical formula proper to the driven grouting pile design in Zhumadian area was put forward, which could ensure safe and economic construction with production materials saving, and could be the reference to other pile foundation design.

Abstract:Deep foundation in the excavation process can lead to the deformation of surrounding surface. Because of the long excavation cycle and complex surrounding environment, it is important to monitor and control the deformation of surrounding surface subsidence. In this paper, combining the practice experience of surface subsidence control in the second stage of excavation project of Beijing urban rail transit control center, three-dimensional numerical analysis calculation model was established with ANSYS software. Abstract:A new rectangular driving machine is introduced about its design method and its main technical parameters, which is suitable for micro working well with jacking-pulling construction technology. Combining the pulling force of driving system with the driving machine, deflection and backward of the machine head are solved in common rectangular pipe jacking construction. The machine head is designed with multi-cutter, each cutter is positive inversion and rotary speed can be easily adjusted with less machine head deflecting. The new driving machine can also be operated only with jacking force.

Abstract:Kuiqi No.2 tunnel is belonged to tender section A3 of the phase II project of Fuzhou International Airport Highway. It is the first small clear space tunnel project for 8 lanes in China with the span of 19.9 meters and with the middle rock pillar of minimum clear distance about 11.7 meters. According to the specialty of Kuiqi No.2 tunnel and based on discrete element method, some numerical simulation analysis is conducted to analyze the initial surrounding rock stress to the tunnel. The results show that the worst position of mechanical state in large-section tunnel is in the upper portion of middle rock pillar in weak surrounding rock, so special reinforcement measures should be used there. According to the reliability value of middle rock pillar in different rock mass, the net distance between Kuiqi No.2 small clear space tunnels with super span is reasonable to satisfy the stability requirement.

Abstract:Based on the monitoring measured data and combined with grey theory, tunnel hole body displacement deformation system was established. The analysis was made on the stability of temporary supporting structure for excavation with cusp catastrophe method to build prediction model of tunnel collapse. The practical case of collapsing accident in Dujiashan tunnel showed the same result with that of prediction.
