Abstract:Based on the analysis on the economic environment of development in drilling technical equipment of geological prospecting in China and by the investigation and statistical data, analysis was made on the present situation of drilling technical equipment and development trend of geological prospecting in China including production, sale and application of core drill; present situation of coal bed methane drill; the requirement of new technique and equipment in construction team. The development suggestions were put forward to drilling technique and equipment of geological prospecting in China.

Abstract:Through the experiment of physical and mechanical properties, the mechanical data of compressive strength, the tensile strength, the elasticity modulus, Poisson’s ratio of oil shale in Nong’an mining site were obtained in both horizontal and vertical bedding direction. The Biot coefficient, the average pressure and minimum principal stress and other parameters were calculated. The parameters of crack opening, extending pressure and the width in hydraulic fracture were determined.

Abstract:Baode block is located in the north part of east Ordos basin and geotectonic location is at the north section of folded zone in west Shanxi. Through the analysis on former drilling data, the lithology of the formation in Baode block is mainly composed of mudstone and sandstone with high hardness, bad drillability and low drilling speed. As the development of coal-bed methane is characterized by low production and abundant wells and with the startup of large-scale production construction in Baode block, drilling speed plays a very important role and the research on fast drilling technology for coal-bed methane cluster wells is required. According to the geological conditions, on the basis of the existing drilling and logging data, the fast drilling technologies were studied in bit selection, bottom hole assembly optimization, drilling fluid property and construction technology. Through theoretical research and on-site experiment, a set of drilling technologies for cluster wells in Baode block has been put forward, which laid technical foundation for large-scale coal-bed methane production in this area.

Abstract:With the geothermal reinjection well and geothermal prduction well, the double well same floor reinjection test was made in Tertiary geothermal reservoir of porous type with pressure. By the development of anticorrosion filter for geothermal reinjection and the matching technology, all kinds of blocking in the process of reinjiction were solved, no matter they were caused by physical, chemical or biological factors, and further decrease of reinjection and loss of reinjection ability at early stage were avoided.

Abstract:The most prominent problems in application of groundwater source heat pump system are the low efficiency of recharge and groundwater resources waste. It was found in the heat source well with water source heat pump construction in a residential district of Anyang and the recharge tests, one of primary causes of low recharge efficiency was the unreasonable design and construction technology for heat source well. By increasing the number of bridge strainer, the height, particle size of filter media and gravel-fill thickness, single-well recharge increased significantly and 1∶1 effect of pumping and recharging was realized. In this case, low efficiency of recharge and groundwater resources waste are overcome and the project investment and operating costs are significantly reduced.

Abstract:Sealed coring can improve the reliability of core analysis data. Water displacing oil efficiency can be inspected; quantitative analysis can be made on the oil-water reservoir dynamics and remaining oil distribution of oil layer through horizontal well sealed coring. This has great significance for making effective production and efficiency increasing measures, increasing individual well producing rate of extremely low abundance layer and reserve producing level, improving the exploitation plan and so on. Sealed coring is more difficult in horizontal well than in vertical well. Based on the analysis on the technical difficulties of sealed coring in horizontal well, the study was made in well trajectory control, bottom hole assembly optimization design, coring tools matching and coring parameters optimization. Good application effect was achieved in Shu35-P27 well.

Abstract:The causes of borehole instability are mainly mechanical, chemical and engineering factors. By the analysis on drilling construction data of 2010, study was made on borehole wall stability technology in old area of Zhongyuan oilfield. Abstract:The borehole accident frequently occurred in the whole mount exploration in Baima vanadium-titanium of Panzhihua area with leakage in upper part and fault fracture zone in lower part. The low drilling efficiency brought along seriously affected the exploration construction. According to this difficult problem, by the repeated tests and studies, a set of effective wall protection and leakage control technical system was developed to ensure the successful accomplishment of whole mount exploration. Mudding leakage control and wall protection technology and the effect in this area were presented.

Abstract:Air drilling is an important drilling technology to effectively develope coalbed methane with the characteristics of low circulating pressure loss, strong carrying capacity, better hole cleaning and advantages of preventing wellbore leakage and protecting reservoir. But it also faces complicated engineering and geological problems such as wellbore stabilization and hydrodynamic condition. Research was conducted on rock strata features, hydrogeololgy condition, water saturation character and foam drilling mud design; and according to the formation characteristics, the matching technology suitable for air drilling was designed in Liulin district. During the construction of 7 coalbed methane wells in liulin district, drilling period was shortened by 50%, reservoir was protected effectively, and the production of vertical wells and horizontal well reached 1000 cubic meters and 15000 cubic meters with great applicaton prospect.

Abstract:According to lost circulation control of large caves or fractures, the intercepting lost circulation control tool is used to intercept loss control fluid in certain position. This method can effectively plug the loss channels of large caves or fractures and solve the problems of severe mud losses. Abstract:The purpose of automatic bit feed is to keep the designed constant pressure value of bit weight at the bottom hole and achieve optimized drilling. The current automatic bit feed of deep and ultra-deep drilling rig is realized by winch, top pulley, swimming pulley, wire rope and hook; as the dynamic load of winch and hoisting system, the vibration of wire rope and the obvious uneven speed of bit feed by hook make bit weight at the bottom hole unstable and accurate bit feed is difficult. The paper describes the working principle of bit feed by hoisting system and the methods of automatic bit feed by hydraulic disc brake and auxiliary motor. It is put forward that the ideal solution for accurate automatic bit feed is to use the hydraulic cylinder system. By hydraulic cylinder lift rig without winch system, hydraulic cylinder system can automatically fulfill bit feed and round trip; and winch and hydraulic cylinder can be separately used for round trip and automatic bit feed to eliminate the interference of winch and hoisting system to automatic bit feed.

Abstract:Aiming at the needs of permeability test in anti-seepage engineering, this paper discussed the application of flexible wall parameter in testing permeability coefficient of cement-soil concretion body. It is proved that the flexible wall parameter can be used in quality test in anti-seepage engineering with good sealing and fast testing speed and not requiring high to the sample. Unattended digital data acquisition treatment system was adopted with artificial influence reducing and test precision increasing, the working efficiency was improved by quick and convenient operation.

Abstract:The fine silt foundation was treated with vibroflotation without additional backfill materials in coal terminal phase II (recent hydraulic fill area) of Caofeidian port area, Tangshan Port, the ground liquefaction was eliminated, the bearing capacity was improved and long-term foundation deformation was decreased. Before the large-scale construction, the tests were made in different pile spacing (2.2 and 2.5 m), the detection was made by standard penetration method and the bearing capacity of foundation and liquefaction removing situation were analyzed to provide the reference data for large-scale construction.

Abstract:According to the geological conditions of the large sandstone pit and the peripheral conditions, the ideal comprehensive application of vibor-replacement stone column, dynamic replacement & dynamic composite foundation treatment and heavy compacted crushing stone pile in Shangzhuangdonglu backfill roadbed of sandstone pit was introduced. At high water level, for the sandstone pit back-filled with soft soil and construction waste, vibro-replacement stone column was taken as the seepage tunnel, by dynamic replacement to form vertical reinforcement with the treatment depth increasing, and finally the compound treatment scheme of compact consolidation was adopted. For the backfill roadbed at both sides of bridge pile, the scheme of heavy compacted crushing stone pile was used in order to reduce the impact to bridge pile.

Abstract:For rotary drilling bored grouting pile construction in thick clay, silt and sand layer, borehole collapsing, drill rod burying, drill rod sticking, diameter shrinking and pile breaking often occur because of technical defects such as mud surpplying at borehole orifice and non-recirculation. On the premise of analysis on the mechanism in which low viscosity, fluid loss reduction and speed-up cuttings precipitation were solved, the formula of FCLS LV-CMC mud with low viscosity, high-level fluid loss reduction and anti-precipitation was put forward with simultaneous mud surpplying at hole bottom; hole cleaning by circulating mud was unnecessary to improve working efficiency.

Abstract:Based on the correspondence principles, the analytical visco-elastic solution of round tunnel displacement under hydrostatic pressure is given using Kelvin constitutive law. After simplifying the testing tunnel as a round one subjected to hydrostatic pressure, the preliminary rheological parameters are obtained by using the analytical solution to fit the monitoring displacement data. A FLAC3D model is then established in which the testing tunnel is of the real shape and is under the real ground stress. The preliminary rhelogical parameters are then adopted as parameters required under the creep option of FLAC3D, and the numerical solution of the test tunnel displacement is then given. With the help of BP neural network, the mapping relationship between the rheological parameters and the corresponding numerical solution of displacement are established. And the rheological parameters are then back analyzed by applying monitoring data to this trained network. Finally, the verification of the usefulness and reliability of the back-analyzed rheological parameters is given by implementing a normal calculation process to a tunnel.

Abstract:The paper described the method of demolishing reinforced concrete supporting internal large foundation pit by controlled blasting under complicated environment. When demolishing the reinforced concrete under special environment, cutting vibration source in advance, reducing single-section amount of primary explosives and putting up protection shed can effectively control the influence of blasting viboration, flying rock and fugitive dust to surroundings. It has been proved by practice that demolishing steel reinforced concrete supporting internal large foundation pit by controlled blasting is safe and efficient.
