Abstract:According to the vibration-absorbing problems in YSZ-50 audio frequency vibration drilling rig, by the analysis on the characteristics of vibration-absorbing schemes for dynamic head of audio frequency both in China and abroad, 3 composite vibration-absorbing schemes were put forward: (1) with metal rubber shock pad in vertical pin to absorb most part of vibration energy in vibrator, and this was the main vibration-absorbing means; (2) with side composite rubber block to absorb most vibration energy from vibrator to the box; (3) with traditional rubber pad to absorb vibration energy from the box back to the rotary motor. It was proved by tests that these composite vibration absorbing schemes can effectively absorb the vibration of dynamic head of YSZ-50 drilling rig.

Abstract:Hole azimuth angle correction is very important in directional well trajectory control and target-hitting analysis. By the analysis on the relationship between geodetic coordinate and Gauss-Kruger projection coordinate; and based on the geomagnetic field spherical harmonics model, geomagnetic parameters and meridian convergence angle calculation model, the realizing way and the solving steps are put forward and corresponding calculation software are programmed. With the practical calculation and analysis, the importance of accurate calculation of geomagnetic parameters and meridian convergence angle in directional well trajectory control is shown.

Abstract:Geothermal energy is a clean and renewable mineral resource, green environmental protection energy and tourism resources. The comprehensive nature of geothermal aquifer, the characteristics of construction formation and the complex conditions of construction area have different requirements for geothermal well completion technology. Based on the geothermal blank area and sandstone thermal reservoir formation of Baotou in Inner Mongolia, analysis and study were made on equipment selection, well structure and well completion technology; and the evaluation was made on single well geothermal resources to provide guidance and reference to the further geothermal resources exploration and development in the local and other similar areas.

Abstract:“Dingbian-Huachi-Fuxian” is a favorable development zone of shale gas shaped in letter “L” in the central and southern Ordos basin, large complete set of black shale was developed there with high organic matter content, moderate maturity and slight structure destruction. In Fuxian exploration area, the economic production of shale gas is still in early stage of exploration, there is not only good oil generating condition, but also shale gas reservoir forming condition; but with poor reservoir properties, very low porosity and permeability, low natural productivity and being difficult to develop. According to the process test in Fuxian block and based on the analysis on the present situation of foreign shale gas development technique, the understandings and suggestions for shale gas exploration and development in Fuxian exploration area are put forward.

Abstract:The accurate parameters of coal seam information and the gas content are obtained in CBM parameter well. Wire-line coring technology has been widely used in CBM well coring because of its simple structure, high drilling efficiency, good coring sample quality and short coring time. This paper mainly introduced the successful application of large-diameter wire-line coring barrel in a CBM parameter well and production well of Hebi. Based on the structure features of the selected coring tool and according to the thick soft coal seam conditions, the reasonable drilling parameters and technical insurance measures were summed up with good effects.

Abstract:The paper discussed the development and application of foam washing fluid and HJ-YS series washing fluid for Yangshan mining area of Gansu. With the cases of ZK706 in 42 exploration line, and ZK3002, ZK3016, ZKN3084 and ZK0204 in 51 exploration line, the application effect of foam washing fluid to hole wall instability is firstly introduced; then the application effect of HJ-YS series washing fluid are introduced. This low solid plant gum has lubricating resistance-reducing and wall protection effects in serious broken, multi-karst cave, leakage, high water-sensitivity and difficult coring formations.

Abstract:The advantages of anchor frame lattice are overviewed and the three-dimensional finite element calculation model of anchor pier is established. Through the comparative study on finite element simulation and indoor experiment, mechanical mechanism, the development of deformation and fracture are explored. The efficiency of ANSYS software application in the design of pre-stressed concrete members is demonstrated.

Abstract:At initial impoundment period, the water level in observation hole became high, the seepage amount was gradually increasing at the downstream of Jiangxiong reservoir dam and the abnormal phenomena appeared with maximum seepage amount of 300 L/s at the measuring weir, which affect the dam safety. Analysis was made on the major seepage causes of dam foundation, around-the-dam, spillway and water intake tunnel by dam observation system, electricity detection and interconnection test, the main seepage channels found to provide decision basis for dam impermeable scheme. And a view is also presented in this paper that safe seepage has enormous function to protect downstream ecology.

Abstract:The electronic calculation of limit equilibrium for the design of foundation pit support is based on the foundation pit design software, but the force relationship between the dangerous side wall of foundation pit and the retaining structure could not be reflected in essence. With the case of the foundation pit retaining design for Dalian Yanhai International Center, the above force relationship was visually reduced by hand-calculation to select the retaining schedule.

Abstract:The squeezing effect of the pile penetration into soil is complicated. 2-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model is established with ABAQUS software for the pile penetration into hard layered soil and homogeneous soil. By the analysis and the comparison, the variation laws of special displacement field and stress field of single pile penetration into hard layered soil are obtained. The analysis shows that in the process of pile penetration into hard soil, the horizontal displacement dramatically changes between hard and soft soil layer junction. In hard soil layer, the horizontal and vertical displacements are limited, the horizontal compressive stress is obviously larger than in homogeneous soil; compared with horizontal stress, the vertical compressive stress is obviously smaller.

Abstract:As gravity dam, dual-axis mixing pile process is mainly used in the small-scale and shallow foundation pit. This paper presents an engineering case, in which the large-scale foundation pit is near river, subway and residential districts, but dual-axis mixing pile gravity dam has been successfully applied. The design checking calculation and construction process are introduced.

Abstract:The paper presents a post pressure grouting construction case in Wuhan. According to the complicated geological conditions with thick slag and pebble layers, by the analysis and comparison of several construction schemes, rotary drilling was selected with optimized high quality mud to satisfy the requirements of engineering quality and construction progress. The construction technologies and the technical measures of rotary drilling were summed up to be reference to the similar projects.

Abstract:MK-2 well drilling is a part of “potash resources investigation and assessment” project in the national geological survey program. Because of the high abrasive and high-elastic-plastic characteristics in this area, the drilling rate was very slow. In view of this situation, this new Balas bit was proposed and designed and the field tests were made to verify the adaptability of this new type of drill bit in such formations; the corresponding drilling technologies were summed up at the same time, which could be an effective rock breaking tool for drilling in the dense mudstone in future.

Abstract:F86 compress-shear fault was crossed for Cuijiachong tunnel of the diversion works and water quality environment project in Changsha; with 110m overburden layer, the fault was more than 100 m in width and more than 1000 m in length. Because of the low rock mass strength and good permeability, the fault fracture zone crossing became important and difficult construction problem; several methods were adopted in several poor geological sections for tunnel construction. The paper introduced pilot pre-grouting grouting, advanced support and long pipe roof techniques in F86 compress-shear fault crossing, which could be the reference for the similar projects.

Abstract:The diameter is 14.93 m in a shield project of river-crossing channel in Nanjing, where the geological conditions are complicated in launching section with abundant groundwater.
