Abstract:3D geological modeling is a better method to describe and study the mineral than the traditional methods, not only quick but accurate. Because of the great importance to the project decision and scientific management, it has become one of the effective ways to exploitation of mineral resources and geological research. This paper introduces the 3D method applied in the Turkey trona solution mining project of phase IV basic design, which achieved a very good result.

Abstract:Bit deviating out from producing formation by formation discontinuity some time happens in reservoir drilling with horizontal well. It is a high efficiency and economic construction method to use suspended sidetracking technology to sidetrack inside the reservoir formation with proper deviation angle. Chang-8 reservoir of Honghe oilfield is sand and mudstone interbed, it is easy to drill into mudstone interbed for horizontal construction. Back to the sandstone section, suspended sidetracking technology was applied, by optimization of sidetracking point, sidetracking bit and bottom hole assembly and with the rational deflection rate and sidetracking pressure, continuous drilling in reservoir sandstone was ensured with good oil gas show.

Abstract:Coalmine shaft pilot hole is different to cola mine prospecting hole or geological hole, which has high technical requirements for difficult construction and contains full hole coring and stratified pumping test tasks. In case with the irrational technical design and inefficient construction measures, downhole accidents occur very easily, the construction quality would be influenced with cost increasing. The paper summed up the experiences of drilling, casing and pumping to be reference to the similar projects.

Abstract:The change of underground formation pressure is crucially related to the complexity of borehole condition. Formation pressure prediction is an important means for borehole design and drilling risk control, and rational prediction of formation pressure is furthest solving complicated difficulties in deep drilling. In recent years, modern techniques of earth stress prediction have been widely explored in academic circle and application field in the world; but the traditional water-pressure test is still the most applicable method due to its simplicity of on-site operation. In this paper, by the case of a deep drilling project in complex formations in Yunnan Province, the rationality and feasibility of formation pressure prediction in wire-line coring drilling activities are verified.

Abstract:According to the difficulties encountered in the geological drilling in soluble deposit (potassium salt) in Laos, no solid saturated saltwater drilling fluid and double liquid grouting with single pump were adopted with drilling and economical efficiency greatly increasing. Abstract:The wedge is a means and method for directional drilling technique, its main process is hole-bottom bridging and hard rock ground drilling technique by means of wedge. With the combination of construction and scientific research, improvement was made on the hydraulic type hole-bottom metal plug and diamond bit. Abstract:According to the very complicated downhole accidents and supplement coring in medium-length and deep hole with wire-line diamond drilling, the bypassing barrier technique by wedge with same diameter of the borehole was summed up by repeated practice. The process of the wedge, the calibration before running down, hole-bottom bridging, setting method, bottom hole assembly, drilling attentions and hole-repairing operation points were emphasized. The technique is helpful to reduce abandoned drilling length with construction cost saving and short construction period.

Abstract:According to the difficulties of wire-line coring drilling in complex formation of Dawanggou molybdenum mine with intense alteration, uneven hardness and gushing leakage, the wall protection was adopted by casing first and slurry secondly. The discussion was made on the selection of drilling equipments and tools as well as diamond bit parameters determination; wall protection with K + humate-containing drilling mud and plugging with inert stuffing were put forward and tripping pressure surge and suction damage to the hole wall decreasing measures were used with good application effects.

Abstract:Water and gas mixing spewing was encountered in the construction process of coal mine hydrogeology drilling, which is a serious threat to the construction safety. The grouting plugging was tried with failure. 3 sets of device of drilling tool blowout preventer, orifice flexible sealing blowout preventer and flooding closed water-gas separator for integrated control were designed and applied with obvious effects.

Abstract:By the improvement on the traditional CPT data acquisition system, the paper introduced the collection of CPT pressure data using data acquisition card. The ground data acquisition instrument is used to collect the range data and the process of data collection is carried out with clock information to match in time sequence and data. The data can be stored with the data storage module and also can be displayed through the liquid crystal display module after the serial transmission. After integrated processing, the data were put into the host computer management system and the final data curve of CPT can be displayed. There are many characteristics in the whole process, such as wire-less, high precision of acquisition, high integration, large storage and being economic and convenient. The improved CPT data acquisition system is verified applicability through field experiments at last.

Abstract:Ground-coupled heat pump systems quickly attract attention in the world by the advantages of energy saving and no-pollution to the environment as a hot research topic. The efficiency heat exchanger of the heat transfer is always one of the main problems of the ground source heat pump technology research. Comparing with the traditional single U-shaped, the taking heat conditions of coaxial casing-shaped were also studied, and the experimental study of the collected data were discussed which explained good heat transfer effect.

Abstract:Based on the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of bored grouting pile, pre-stressed concrete pipe pile and pre-cast reinforced concrete square pile common used in east China at present, a technology of the combination of pile-end post-grouting and pre-cast reinforced concrete square pile was put forward. It was verified by project cases that this technology could increase the bearing capacity of single pile with low cost and also could remedy defects of high noise, low efficiency and environmental pollution in the construction of the bored grouting pile. Abstract:In order to understand anchor’s working state of pile and anchor support system in deep foundation pit, the axial force of pre-stressed anchor cable was monitored in the whole process of deep foundation pit excavating and backfilling in Shijiazhuang City. Some conclusions were got by analyzing monitoring results. It was proved that a big difference exists between oil pressure gauge reading of jack and practical axial force of anchor because of the mismatch of stretching equipment and anchorage. Axial force of former anchor was decreased due to latter anchor tension with little effect and axial force of anchor was decreased slightly when deep foundation pit was backfilled. It was monitored that the measured values had 17.9% to 50.7% of designed values.

Abstract:With the case of a soft and weak fault breaking segment of Zhengyang tunnel, the study was made on the construction problems of collapse, rock falling from the arch, slurry squeezing out from tunnel face and lining fissuring. Abstract:The surrounding rock in Hongtiguan tunnel is mainly hard rock, which is an extra long and deep buried tunnel. The geological structure around the tunnel is developed very well, engineering geological conditions are complicated and there is great possibility for rockburst. Through the analysis on influencing factors of rockburst, hydrofracturing method, Taozhenyu method, shear stress criterion were used to test ground stress, the results show that there are occurrance possibilities of weak-moderate rockbursts in this tunnel.

Abstract:Construction risk of underground shaft for deep shaft process is related to risks of many links such as engineering geological investigation of the site, drilling, installation of outer tube and backfilling gap between the drilling and pipe, and so on. Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, construction risk of underground shaft for deep shaft process is expressed as the orderly hierarchical structure in this paper. By identifying risk weight and risk ranking of each construction link, we determine the risk degree of each construction link. The quantitative results of analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined with so that we develop comprehensive risk assessment and management to construction for underground shaft for deep shaft process.
