Abstract:According to the drilling technical problems in deep complex formations of the iron mine surrounding Makeng of Fujian, discussion was made on drilling technology process combination. By the combination of wireline coring hydraulic hammer, multifunctional hole bottom reverse circulation by single swiveling and double tube coring, and borehole wall protection and circulation loss prevention(case, mud and cement), the difficult coring, frequent borehole wall troubles and easy deviation in the complex formation were solved preliminarily, a set of drilling technologies and measures were summed up.

Hole 01 drilling encountered leakage sections, several control methods were taken for the completion but drilling efficiency was seriously affected. The experience and lessons were summed up for the Hole 02, improvement was made on the wall protection and leakage control with good result. The paper introduced the process of wall protection and leakage control in the 2 holes, summed up the leakage control measures and the experience of selecting control method in serious broken and leakage formation.

Abstract:For the drilling construction in broken formation, it is important to improve the cementation of fractured rocks, rapidly seal the formation fracture to form whole borehole wall and use proper flush fluid for borehole wall stability. With anti-sloughing lost circulation agent while drilling and modified asphalt, the effective formation fracture sealing and higher borehole wall bearing strength can be obtained. The LBM and grafted starch flush fluid systems have good wall building property and rheological property with good application effect for the construction in broken formation.

Abstract:Groundwater pump and re-injection in the same well is mainly applied in shallow geothermal development. For GSHP system, the proportion between pump well and re-injection wells is 1∶3~1∶6, for fine particle formation, it not only means more construction cost, but also means large site area, management inconvenience and difficult re-injection. According to the analysis and research, “pump and re-injection in the same well” system was designed according to the drilling theory and hydrogeology conditions, pump and re-injection in the same well was realized with satisfied effects. The paper explained “pump and re-injection in the same well” about equipment selection, well completion technology and application effect.

Abstract:To ensure ZK1122 open hole construction, low solid mud was used in common formation with proper lubricant to reduce friction resistance; strong inhibitor was used to maintain the borehole wall stability in water sensitive formation; weighted mud was used in special stress formation. And according to the different formation and different construction depth, different bottom hole assembly was selected. Thick core barrel, ladder bit with long matrix and with more hole reamer and centralizer ensure construction safety and efficiency. By the strict drilling regulation and site management, deep open hole drilling construction in complex formation was fulfilled.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs in quality of core sample for the beneficiation and metallurgy test, the coring drilling technology with large diameter(≥φ325mm) tubular was used in Sicomines copper-cobalt mining area. Abstract:Luanchuan polymetallic mineralization area is located in a large fracture belt containing 4 large fractures across with the main and secondary structures well developed. The borehole collapsing and difficult coring come into being because of loose and broken formations such as fracture alteration belt and argillaceous sand gravel. High requirement of bit is necessary for frequent soft and hard alternant formation. The borehole structure is complicated and construction efficiency is difficult to be improved. Good results were got by improving the property of washing fluid, using JS122 wire-line coring tool and searching for bit adaptability for formation.

Abstract:The 600m tunnel drilling machine is driven by hydraulic. In the working process, the hydraulic system generates a lot of heat which will be radiated by radiation system. According to heat output power, fancooled radiator was preliminarily chosen, and effective radiating area of the radiator slice was 25m2. Abstract:The crankshaft space force system of crank and connecting rod mechanism of gear transmission reciprocating pump was established for mechanical analysis on crankshaft crank pin shaft. Through adding balance strip to have rotating inertia force equilibrium and testing to change the interface position of intake pipe, the size change of intake and drainage channels at hydraulic end was found out to be caused by the water attack from the liquid in BW200 pump chamber, and the pump temperature increasing and crankshaft crank pin wearing were solved.

Abstract:Engineering dewatering is a decisive step in the process of subway construction, which has direct impacts on the duration and security of a subway project and influence of the quality of the entire project to a great extent. During the excavation, sudden inrushing is likely encountered; reasonable and effective control measures on groundwater must be taken to prevent the soil from infiltration deformation and inrushing to ensure construction safety. Tube well dewatering has been so far the most widely applied method in the subway construction projects in Beijing. Based on the engineering cases, the paper discussed a series of issues on tube well dewatering about the design, construction and monitoring, which can be referred by similar projects in future.

Abstract:The paper introduced the construction technology of well drilling and cementing for large diameter drainage hole in Wutongzhuang coalmine. The designed depth is 646m, the termination diameter is 520mm and the tolerance of hole bottom coordinate should not be more than 5m. 646m case (426mm in diameter and weighted more than 90t) was put down to the borehole with cementing. Because of large borehole diameter and high demand of verticality, construction was difficult. Safely putting down φ426mm case and cementing were the key points to prevent hole deviation. Based on the effective deviation control and casing measures, the construction was fulfilled by small diameter pilot hole drilling and borehole reaming with rational drilling tool assembly and drilling mud.

Abstract:With the excavation of foundation, when the earth pressure of foundation reduced to a certain extent, the head pressure of confined water will be greater than float gravity of soil at the bottom of foundation pit associated with piping formation and side gushing and so on, resulting in floating and cracking of soil. Based on deep confined water partition technique, according to the characteristics of the foundation of Shanghai Sanzhi Sheraton Hotel, application effect of ultra-deep cement-soil mixed pile in deep confined water partition project were analyzed and discussed, which could be the reference and guidance for the similar projects in future.

Abstract:Analysis was made on design calculation, construction and detection results of CFG rock-socket pile for a foundation treatment project. The improvement on the embedding ability of spiral drilling machine made the rock-socket pile even deeper. By the analysis on the inspection data of composite foundation, the relationship and rule of pile length and settlement volume were found. The practice shows that the composite foundation with CFG pile in high building of shallow buried depth of bedrock is safe and reliable with less construction cost and shorter construction period.

Abstract:Tunnel collapse has been a key issue in the tunnel construction field in China. A treatment method was formed for a collapse in Zhengyang Tunnel of Yuxiang highway based on the formation process of roof fall and the cause of collapsing accident in the construction. Self-stability of the surrounding rock above the tunnel is exacerbated by the affection of the thin overburden layer and weak stratum of rock with the groundwater in cranny. A channel is constructed around the mouth of collapse to strengthen the collapsing section and succeeded to seal the seepage water.
