Abstract:Shallow geothermal energy is a kind of renewable energy; it has the characteristics of large reserves, wide distribution, shallow buried depth and easy development. In the situation of traditional energy resources shortage and environment pollution deterioration, development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy has important significance for global low carbon economy, energy saving and emission reduction. Groundwater source heat pump occupies an important position because of its high utilization rate, low cost, easy repairing; and the water well is the key in the system, the project quality directly affects the system running, reinjection and service life. By a large amount of survey, the outstanding problems of water well in the construction are analyzed, and based on the tests and practical experience, reasonable water well construction technologies are put forward.

Abstract:The hole-wall stability is one of the focuses of deep-hole geological core drilling. The accurate prediction of formation pore pressure, in-situ stress state, formation collapses pressure and fracture pressure before drilling are vital to conduct quality, safe, efficient and low-cost drilling. These are the design basis of the hole-wall structure, casing program and strength, density and rheological properties of drilling fluids. Based on the hole-wall stability, discussion is made on the existing problems of hole-wall structure, casing program, drilling tool assembly, drilling equipment in deep-hole geological core drilling and suggestions are put forward for the improvement.

Abstract:The paper introduced the application of large diameter diamond wire-line coring drilling tool in complex formation of Fengtai ore field and the construction process. According to the problems of collapsing and block falling in borehole, low construction efficiency, difficult coring and low quality of construction, with the effective measures of drilling method, borehole structure, borehole protection, drilling parameter, reducing resistance by lubrication and drilling tool grading, the efficiency of drilling construction and engineering quality were improved.

Abstract:By the treatment of lost circulation and drilling fluid overflow in 61-21 well in Mawu formation, a typical gas well with small reserves and with the increasing of drilling fluid lost, two characteristics of higher formation pressure and overflow at wellhead while stopping pump were summed up. It is difficult to deal with the vicious circle of lost circulation, overflow, increase density and lost circulation again. Under the conditions of lost circulation and overflow, it is important to judge rapidly if the problem is in a gas well with small reserves; if it is, flat push killing well is an economical and effective method. The experiences and lessons from the combination of circulation & weight and flat push killing well methods in dealing with overflow of gas well with small reserves could be the reference to the similar wells.

Abstract:In order to resolve the constant pressure and flow output problems of reciprocating pump, a kind of hydraulic pump with double-cylinder and single acting was designed. Hydraulic system of the pump is made up of 2 hydraulic pumps. The oil is supplied to the hydraulic system using double oil pump with oil mass distribution mode combining a unidirectional mechanism turning valve and an ordinary turning valve. The action of turning valve is controlled by the piston strokes and the action precision of valve is not under the influence of the changing of main hydraulic pump displacement. The system is controlled reliably with good result in practical application.

Abstract:A tool suitable to wire-line fishing in deep and dry hole and setting inner assembly was designed. The paper introduced the working principle and the structure composition of safe wire-line fisher and conveyor in deep hole. Study was made on the principle of mechanical control of inner tool and downhole releasing control, and the concrete methods of fisher downhole releasing were described. It was proved that fisher was applied with steady performance, convenient assembly and shorter time in handling accidents.

Abstract:There are often dozens of layers of dolomite body or bands embedded in oil shale formation in Qingshankou and Nenjiang group at Song Liao basin. While drilling in above mentioned oil shale formations, dolomite interlayers with relatively high hardness were often encountered. If ordinary tungsten carbide cutter drilling bit was used, not only the footage was too slow in drilling process, but also the bit was seriously damaged. To solve above drilling problems, the development of new drilling bit with high wear resistance and high penetration ability was eagerly needed. In this paper, a new type of teeth-shaped PDC bit was designed and manufactured. Field drilling experiments using these teeth-shaped PDC bits were conducted and their drilling performances were compared with those of tungsten carbide bits. The results indicated that the new teeth-shaped PDC bit demonstrated high rate of penetration, high wear resistance and long service life while drilling in oil shale formation containing dolomite interlayer. The technical and economical index of teeth-shaped PDC drill bit was better than that of conventional tungsten carbide cutter bits.

Abstract:With different design idea, improvement was made on matrix formula of traditional diamond bit by selecting high strength diamond and wear-resistance diamond polycrystalline and adjustment was made on the sintering parameters of traditional diamond bit. A large diameter reinforced diamond bit was developed, which has advantages over traditional diamond bit in wearing-resistance, anti-impact toughness and bit diameter retention. The bit service life in gravel and broken formations and drilling rate were improved with no changes of traditional drilling parameters.

Abstract:The entrance of Dongchongli tunnel is located at Ⅴ class surrounding segment with the geological fracture development and abundant groundwater, and the tunnel was designed to construct on one side of the mountain body. As the side pressure was not be considered in the design, the fracture and sliding occurred at the side of the tunnel and the front slope during the tunnel construction; cracking and dislocation happened in the second grouted lined concrete in the borehole and the turning point appeared in situ monitoring data. By the study and analysis, it was determined that all these were caused by side pressure. According to the field situation, the analysis and evaluation were made on several schemes; by the comparison, slant grouting long pipe roof was adopted to solve the side pressure with satisfied effect.
