Abstract:Mud cooling is a key technology of middle-high temperature geothermal drilling, deep oil & gas drilling, permafrost drilling and gas hydrate drilling operation. Proper temperature of circulation drilling mud is the guarantee for safe and fast drilling operation. According to the feature of cooling sources, drilling mud cooling technology would be divided into hightemperature cooling technology and low mud cooling technology. The paper respectively discussed high-temperature drilling mud cooling technology in the middle-high temperature geothermal drilling and the deep oil & gas drilling; and the low temperature drilling mud cooling technology in permafrost drilling operation and gas hydrate drilling operation. In view of the current situation of low temperature drilling mud cooling technology, a new type of drilling mud cooling system was developed.

The drilling method, wall protection technology and deviation control were introduced and analyzed. Abstract:Conventional drilling technology restricts drilling efficiency and is unfavorable to protect oil and gas formation in low pressure and low permeability reservoir. Underbalanced drilling and horizontal drilling were analyzed and applied in Daniudi gas field. The paper introduced the underbalanced drilling technology about the process overview, advantages and the application in horizontal well of Daniudi gas field. It was showed that underbalanced drilling technology can provide timely discovery and effective protection of oil and gas formation, improvement of drilling efficiency and evaluation on oil and field formation with low pressure and low permeability. The problems and technical difficulties in application were also put forward.

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements of protecting hydrocarbon reservoir of low pressure reservoir horizontal well, by means of research in laboratory, oil-in-water drilling fluid formula with variable density in 0.89~0.99g/cm3was obtained. This oil-in-water lowdensity drilling fluid has good capability of emulsion stability, rheological property and anti-sloughing property. The result of application in Daping #1 well showed that the drilling fluid has stable property and can be simply maintained and adjusted for safe and fast drilling operation. It also can satisfy the demands of near-balanced drilling & underbalanced drilling for low pressure horizontal well and geologic requirement. There are obvious effects for hydrocarbon reservoir protection.

Abstract:A favorable real-time collection and processing system of drilling parameters is useful for drilling technicians in underground condition analysis, technical decision and accident prevention & treatment. As the function of drilling parameters processing module of SK-DLS2000 comprehensive logging instrument lags behind the needs of drilling experts, realtime collection and development of drilling parameters based on SK-DLS2000 comprehensive logging instrument is proposed, and 3 key technologies of real-time collection and development of drilling parameters of SK-DLS2000 comprehensive logging instrument are described including realization of data interface, storage management of data file and realization of real-time rendering and rolling browsing of drilling parameters. A set of ‘real-time collection and treatment system of drilling parameters in Well CCSD-1’ has been successfully developed by this technology.

Abstract:Traditional drilling techniques are limited by the need for large axial forces & holding torques, high power consumption and heavy equipment. Ultrasonic drilling, as a new drilling method, remedies these defect of traditional drilling techniques with broad application prospects, especially in the field of extraterrestrial exploration which demands the low gravity and strict limit on equipment weight. This paper introduced the development of ultrasonic drilling device; and by the analysis on the existing ultrasonic drilling equipment, emphatically analyzed a kind of ultrasonic drilling equipment for extraterrestrial exploration program. The feasibility of ultrasonic drilling technology applied in the extraterrestrial exploration and the application development trend were summarized.

Abstract:Dongying wind power first phase project of Datang International was planed in the position of the coastal area east of Dongying City, the overlying quaternary strata is thick and loose with poor engineering property and low-intensity ground, can not satisfy the requirement of strength and deformation for the important building (structure), the saturated silt and sand clay may produce liquefied natural phenomenon in the Ⅶ degrees of earthquake intensity. According to the site geotechnical conditions, the foundation treatment was planed with pre-stressed high-strength concrete pipe pile (PHC), and the prototype testing was needed. The paper introduced the construction course of prototype testing for pile foundation, detection method and test results.

Abstract:Heavy tamping, consolidation by vacuum preloading drainage and dynamic drainage consolidation were used to reinforce the soft ground in Dongting Lake area. Based on the comparative study on various treated site parameter indexes, dynamic drainage consolidation method was found to be an effective method to deal with the soft clay foundation with the desired effects. The soft ground treatment program is economical and reasonable which can meet the demands of construction schedules at the same time.

Abstract:By the engineering case of the theoretical design of retaining pile as tower crane foundation for the first-high building in Anshan-Anshan International Pearl Building, the paper introduced that the retaining pile was constructed not only as the main structure of foundation pit support but also as the carrier of the tower crane. This bold design successfully resolved the difficulty of tower crane installation in many narrow sites. Based on this theoretical calculation, the concentrated loading valuetaking in the foundation pit design would be solved and be transformed into the model to provide reference for similar engineering in future.

Abstract:‘Quick inflow of sand’ is a common geological hazard in the shaft works in desert area in northern Shaanxi. It has different potential hazard according to the project position, structural features of rock or soil and geo-hydrological conditions. The project can be successfully accomplished only by proper measures according to the geological conditions of shaft to avoid quick inflow of sand. The combined analysis was made on the experienced accidents, 3 kinds of feasible access shaft scheme and adaptable geological conditions were inducted with the important attentions in each design and construction process.

Abstract:No-dig technology has been successfully applied in pipeline network construction of municipal engineering. Traditional nodig directional technology is mainly applied in steel pipe with good tensile strength and PE pipe, generally for electric case, telecommunication case and pressure tube with low elevation requirement. But for nonpressure sewage pipe laying, besides strict requirement of elevation, the materials are designed with diversification. According to the characteristics of PE pipe with good flexibility, HDPE pipe with poor tensile and compressive resistance, and pipe jacking construction not suitable for small diameter concrete pipe, no-dig directional technology was applied with good effect.

Abstract:The horsehead of Hujiahe mine’s auxiliary shaft is located in soft rocks, serious deformation failure occurred in shaft case installment. By the analysis and demonstration, grouting anchor reinforcement was adopted by the combination of opposed prestressed anchor reinforcement with short anchor, and taking anchor as main reinforcement method, good effect of deformation treatment was received.
