Abstract:According to the loose stratum, easy collapsing, block-falling and hole diameter shrinkage in the tertiary coalfield exploration for Baoshan-Zhenxin coalfield, application of general double-tube and wireline coring drilling have their own advantages and disadvantages. But by enlarging SA75 wire-line coring drilling tool and hole reamer to 80mm in diameter with corresponding measures of drilling and coring, high quality, high efficiency and preferable benefit were achieved.

Abstract:Geothermal well in Tianjin used to be constructed by traditional three-cone bit. With the development of drilling technology in recent years, PDC bit was adopted in some well sections to improve the drilling efficiency and mud making in mudstone formation was well controlled with steady performance of drilling fluid and lowered maintenance cost. PDC bit has long service life, which can improve drilling efficiency with obvious economical benefit.

Abstract:Based on the real drilling data of the bits used in Hailaer oilfield in 2007 and 2008 and according to the formation characteristics and drilling technology, analysis on the bit selection for different layer section and the causes of affecting penetration rate were made, a series of bits fitting to drilling in Hailaer oilfield was selected out. Field test showed that the penetration rate increased 20% and 30% compared with that of 2007 and 2008, footage increased 21.13% and 17.49% and obvious application effect was obtained in Xi47-44 well and Xi44-45 well.

Abstract:The paper introduced the wall protection and leaking stoppage technical measures while drilling in Qaganqulu Mining Area of Keerqiyouyizhong Banner. According to the rock strata condition and the hole depth, wall protection and leaking stoppage by casing, drilling fluid and cementing were adopted with good effect and movable casing was safe and reliable for special rock formations. The tight mud cake formed with low solid-phase mud of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) + hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHP) could stop block falling. Water cement ratio and inert materials amount were rationally regulated for hole sealing by grouting cement slurry inside the drill pipe to ensure the sealing efficiency and quality. The above various wall protection technologies show obvious effects, they can be widely popularized.

Abstract:It was showed by the example calculation of non-soil phase drilling fluid in Daniudi gas field that the correlation coefficient of Herschel-Bulkley model was the largest with the smallest residual sum of squares; than was the Casson and power-law model; Bingham model was the worst. Herschel-Bulkley model was suggested.

Abstract:Water-base clay free low solid drilling fluid was applied in Zhenjing oilfield to shorten drilling period, improve operation efficiency, shorten the soakage time of the reservoir with drilling fluid and reduce the reservoir damage caused by drilling fluid. It was proved by practice that the drilling fluid could effectively control the complicated situations in downhole with increased drilling speed and lowered drilling cost.

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle of medium-frequency induction heating in geological drilling pipe with whole heat treatment, and analyzed the advantages of medium-frequency induction heating technology. The analysis shows that comparing to ordinary heat treatment technology, the drilling pipe treated by medium-frequency induction heating has fine metal microstructure of grain, good mechanical properties, even drilling performance, less surface oxidization, good appearance quality, high anti-fatigue performance and low production cost.

Abstract:By the analysis and comparison of self-designed and developed SQY-1 fixed-depth sampler for hydrological well about the performance characteristics and applicability, the paper discussed its working principle and operation method. Abstract:The paper introduces a new uplift pile, part-bonding pre-stress uplift pile. It effectively improves the pile shaft structure; can make full use of the bearing capacity, remodel the mechanical characteristic of the stretched concrete and overcome the cracks of the normal uplift pile. Optimal design was made on the uplift pile by combining the research on underground structure buoyancy with the on-site test on part-bonding pre-stress.

Abstract:There is serious weathering of the rock surrounding a garbage disposal plant in Rizhao City. In order to reduce the impact of leachate caused by weathered cracks on the downstream environment, sleeve-valve-pipe grouting method is used for vertical anti-seepage. Abstract:There are many risk factors and uncertainties in the slope pre-stressed anchor engineering construction in a contract section of Zangmu hydropower station, so the project management is very difficult.
