Abstract:Based on the summery of previous drilling experience, analysis was made on the factors which influence ROP in deep well drilling in Yuanba Block from the aspects of geologic factors, complex drilling conditions, rock drillability, formation temperature, mud density and casing program. There are 2 main affecting factors: one is the limit of wellbore configuration stratification, which can not effectively seal the formations with different pressure system; another is that the gas drilling can not be used because of bad formation drillability with a deep and long drilling section. Gas drilling, bit selection and dynamic drilling tool coordinating with high efficiency bit scheme are presented for Xujiahe formation drilling and casing program with particular well size are introduced to give technical support for deep well drilling in Yuanba Block.

Abstract:Based on the knowledge for deep reservoir physical property in Songnan and the potential damage pattern & degree with conventional drilling technology, analysis was made on action principles of protection technologies of well drilling and completion in each stage and the corresponding reservoir protection schemes were made. Research practices show that the technology requirement of reservoir protection are satisfied in well drilling and completion through the pressure sealing with temporary shielding plugging by underbalanced drilling and the improvement on the property of filtrate invaded reservoir with high quality noninvasive drilling fluid and completion fluid system.

Abstract:The solution for design model of soft landing in borehole trajectory can come down to the solution with 7-element nonlinear equations. The algorithm convergence of known numerical iterative algorithm has not been proved, and the convergence of this iterative algorithm severely depends on initial iteration value from the user. 7-element nonlinear equations are simplified to be onevariable polynomial equation by element elimination and simplification; and based on which, a new algorithm for design model of soft landing was developed. Theoretical analysis and practical calculation examples show that the new algorithm is mainly for the calculation of nonnegative real roots of polynomial equation, and calculation of functional relationship between other unknown number and real root is very less. The new algorithm overcomes the dependence on the initial value and probable iterative process divergence, and can get the solutions at the same time when there are several design model solutions.

Abstract:Well Gulong1 is the deepest natural gas exploration well of Daqing oil field in 2008, air/mist drilling practice was made in the Ф311.2 mm third spud section. According to the existing problems, analysis on the application was made for air drilling with different mediums and proper drilling method was optimally selected. The practice showed that the record was made with the deepest well depth and the highest temperature for air drilling in Ф311.2 mm well section in Daqing oil field Song-Liao basin, the air/mist drilling reached to 1196.05 m with average penetration rate of 7.9 m/h, and the maximum drilling footage was up to 552.86 m.

Abstract:Traditional clay ball, cement ball, rapid hardening cement and lost circulation additive with sawdust were ineffective for drilling construction in a mine of shanxi, while polyacrylamide and cutting grease brought high efficiency with good sealing effect and low cost, which could reduce the drilling tool wearing, precipitate the drilling waste and purify the washing fluid. Abstract:Coal seam is often lost in coalmine coring drilling, and supplementary coal coring is necessary to satisfy the geological design requirement and related geological specification. In the exploration drilling construction of Zhangde coalmine in Henan, the technology of supplementary coal coring in the deep hole was probed and developed, inclined hole was made with eccentric wedge to finish supplementary coal coring in the borehole of more than 1000m.

Abstract:Based on the calculation of resistance moment in continuous auger drilling, resistance moment values of different borehole diameter and depth were obtained. The comparison was made on the drilling tool intensity, and continuous auger drilling tool parameters of different borehole diameter were presented. Abstract:This paper introduces a no-cable borehole inclinometer based on PDA and bluetooth, which uses triaxial semiconductor magnetometer and two-axis accelerometer sensor as the measuring element and is suitable for non-magnetic interference borehole. Automatic storage approach is used for measurement data acquisition without cable logging configuration; taking PDA as the core, a measurement software based on Windows Mobile 6.0 is developed; wireless communication between inclinometer and PDA is realized by bluetooth instead of the data cable. The instrument has advantages of high precision, good reliability, light weight, less supporting equipment and easy operation, can greatly reduce the field work intensity with higher efficiency and significantly reduce the configuration costs.
