Abstract:This article introduces the results of investigation on geo-drilling equipment market of China, referring to drilling equipment deploy information of geological exploration units, information on manufacturing, selling and application of geo-drilling equipment and requirements of geological exploration industry on new drilling technologies and equipment. On the basis of analysis on the investigation results, suggestions on the research and development and introduction of new drilling technologies and equipment and on enhancing administration of drilling equipment industry are put forward.

Abstract:2D arc well trajectory is considered with priority in conventional deviated and horizontal well design. However, because there are a lot of combination forms of hole sections and also a lot of resolution combinations of unknowns for the same hole section, the computation is very complicated to derive the computation formula for the solutions of each hole section combination and each solving combination. This paper studies the general solutions of arbitrary hole section combination and arbitrary solving combination, discovers that the constraint equation of hole trajectory design can be dissolved into linear algebra equation system or one of the four typical systems of equations. The computation formula of the real number solutions of the four typical equation systems is obtained and the discretion conditions of real number solution are given. This study has important significance for fundamental research and computer software development for 2D arc borehole trajectory design.

Abstract:Under-balanced drilling with nitrogen-foam is an international mature technology with advantages of low pressure of hydrostatic, less leakage, strong cutting carrying capacity, less damage to oil-gas layer and safe drilling in water-sensitive layer. With this technology, low pressure and low permeability oil-gas reservoir can be discovered and protected furthest for much higher economic benefit than conventional over-pressure well. It was applied in DF1 Well of Danudi gas field of low pressure and water-sensitive layer, and pollution on producing formation by ordinary slurry was solved.

Abstract:Using the finite difference procedure FLAC3D to simulate the excavation process of a deep foundation pit by a double-row piles retaining structure, the paper analyzed the change of soil displacement fields in the excavation process. The studies showed that the space mechanics character of retaining structure and soils, the interaction between soil and retaining structure and the excavation procedure obviously affect the displacement and settlement of the retaining structure. The paper also discussed influence of stiffness change of soil between double-row piles on displacement and settlement, the displacement and settlement of lateral soil of foundation pit could be decreased by properly increasing the stiffness change of soil between double-row piles.

Abstract:According to the development history of injection grouting technology, the paper analyzed and commented the key problems of grouting in rock and soil masses, including the current research means and state of grouting material and slurry, grouting parameter determination, grouting method and technology, grouting monitoring and test; and summed up the technical difficulties with field cases. And what’s more, some deficiencies of grouting technology were pointed out with future development direction.

Abstract:In 403 section of Shenzhen metro Line 4, borehole should be completed for end-bearing pile in spherical weathered granite with high strength, anisotropy and large inclined angle, which was only 20m to nearby buildings, so rotary drilling was adopted for safety. Abstract:The patent technology of the long spiral mixing pile is one of the emerging construction technologies. It can be used in the foundation pile treatment, foundation pit supporting project and the waterproof curtain, especially in the construction in hard stratum. The combined support technology of long spiral mixing pile inserted steel pipe and composite soil nail was used in a sewage treatment project in Beijing, it not only met the requirement of supporting and waterproof, but also reduced the cost. The practice shows that the technology is safe, reliable, economical and useful.

Abstract:The paper discussed and analyzed an important parameter—build-up intensity (the drift angle’s change of drilling hole in one meter length drilling, degree/meter) which influences the hole section designed. It has established the build-up intensity model through the whole stress analysis on drilling tool and has obtained the formula of build-up intensity affected by the resistance of soil and the curve of drilling tool in the preliminary stage of angle building. Then it analyzes the primary factors that affect the buildup intensity in the basis of formula and has got some conclusions. This paper also gives qualitative explanation on the rule of continuous buildup intensity by indoor tests.

Abstract:To develop matrix material with self-lubricating ability for impregnated diamond bit, research was made on addition of graphite power to conventional matrix formula. The bending strength, hardness, wear resistance and friction coefficient (with 60# white corundum grinding wheel as counter) of matrix materials were tested; the topography of wear surfaces was analyzed with scanning electric microscope. The test results showed that the bending strength and hardness of matrix material declined with graphite powder adding and the friction coefficient decreased with 60# white corundum grinding wheel; while wearing resistance increased at first with graphite content increasing, then decreased when the content of graphite exceeded 6.0%. Morphology analysis indicated that conventional matrix material produced obvious plastic deformation in wearing and the plasticity of matrix material declined with graphite adding, and furrow wears and flaking appeared.
