Abstract:Well-1 of Songliao scientific drilling was designed with depth of 1810 m and finishing drilling in diameter of 157 mm. In this engineering, blowout-preventing facilities were equipped at wellhead by raising platform with self-made under-carrier; lifting capacity was improved by reforming lifting system of TJS-2000E water well rig; coring difficulty was overcome by the development of hydraulic coring equipment; mud solid was controlled by introduced high-speed centrifugation deslimer. Certain tasks in “major geological events in the earth surface system during the Cretaceous and greenhouse climate change” of “973 program” were performed and a feasible way was explored for continental environment scientific drilling with top quality and low cost.

Abstract:GYD-300 fully hydraulic driving head engineering rig is a model of fully hydraulic driving and driving head reverse circulation. Hydraulic system is operated by electro-hydraulic with integrated structure of cartridge valve. PC monitoring system was used to monitor pressure at the bottom of borehole; according to the monitoring data of different formations to set different drilling pressure, so automatic and manual constant pressure drilling were realized. The paper introduced the rig on its structural feature, experiment and main technical parameters.

Abstract:In this paper, flow field inside jet element was simulated with CFD numerical simulation, and the results were analyzed. While with no-load, jet flow attached to and out flowed from one side of the jet element. With different flow to main nozzle, difference of parameters and characteristic of the jet stream is not obvious, so the conclusion is that wall-attached property of jet element is stable with existing structure. This simulation enriched theory of inside flow in jet element and perfected parameter design.

Abstract:The excavation for upper inclined shaft of water diversion system of Baoquan Pumped-storage power plant revealed that in the elevation of 668.000~651.000 m and 526.000~514.000 m, the ancient weathering crust was separately drilled through. The rock in ancient weathering crust is rather broken with much slob, bedrock fracture, abundant groundwater and large pervious rate. Grouting of ancient weathering crust becomes the most important step in inclined well excavation, and directly influences the safety and steady operation of pumped-storage power plant.

Abstract:The most prominent issue is stability and settlement in embankment construction in the soft soil, so dynamic observation and the settlement prediction is necessary. How to scientifically select the prediction method is a key point. The paper analyzes applicability of some common curve fitting prediction methods to show the more proper selection of prediction method in engineering, in order to effectively control post-construction settlement and guarantee the safety during the embankment construction and operation period.

Abstract:Many practical difficulties were solved by the patent technique for ultra-light well site dewatering in these years, which was applied in a foundation pit engineering to remedy insufficient dewatering of tube well. Abstract:The service life and performance of diamond bits, to a great extent, are determined by the properties of matrix. The research on matrix materials is mainly concentrated in mechanical erosion and downhole flow field at home and abroad without consideration on electrochemical corrosion and synergy of mechanical erosion and electrochemical corrosion to the matrix material. In this paper, according to the experimental demands and conditions, a slurry erosion test platform is designed by the principle of tribology and electrochemical corrosion, and Co-based matrix is chosen as the experimental sample. The results show that erosion-corrosion of matrix material is caused by pure mechanical erosion, electrochemical corrosion and their synergy as well. So corrosion should be taken into consideration for design of matrix material in corrosive condition.

Abstract:Topology optimization is a high level optimization method of structural optimization, which is a focus study of engineering field. But there is no research achievement in topology optimization of tunnel engineering. In this paper, tunnel model of topology optimization is established; topology optimization analysis on tunnel cavern is made with high-level topology optimization theory; and pre-strengthening support theory is put forward, which is three-layers support combined with primary-supporting and inner lining and strong support on wall rock. The place of pre-strengthening support is found out by the analysis of topology optimization. It shows that this method is reasonable and effective and can be used as reference in the construction and design of road tunnel.
