Abstract:PVC-U plastic pipe has the character of corrosion resistance, noscale, light weight and long service life. With the application of it in the exploration of shallow geothermal energy and water supply pipe well engineering, the corrosion and break, scale in metal well pipe, and difficulties in recharging by groundwater heat pump can be solved with maintenance cost reduced and service life prolonged. According to the demonstration engineering practice of shallow geothermal energy exploration and water supply pipe well in Zhengzhou City, the paper detailed the result of research on completion technology of PVC-U plastic pipe well, existing problems and the solution.

Abstract:The paper introduced ZJ02-PJ02 butted wells of Xinwen Mining Group, the designed depth of the shaft and the inclined well were 94112m and 120300m, and these two wells was 25200m apart. The designed well structure was trisected with drilling and angle building equipment rationally installed. Tower-type pendulum drilling-assembly was used to prevent well deviation. Drilling pressure, drilling ratio, pumping volume and drilling fluid were selected according to the different situation in different well section, highprecision PST MWD and minimum curvature method were applied to calculate the drilling trajectory to guarantee the butting of two wells.

Abstract:It has great significance for the exploration work in low-temperature formation whether drilling fluid can maintain the normal performance below freezing point. Choosing ethylene alcohol as anti-freezing agent can meet the requests of drilling work. Study was made on low temperature resistance, liquidity, water loss character and preventing collapse capability of the drilling fluid, the amount of ethylene alcohol and other polymers are determined to meet the requests of exploration in low temperature formation.

Abstract:When the drill bit is drilling in the ultra-deep well, the flow field is in 3-D turbulence. The revolving and the surface curvature effect of the drill bit, as well as the following coriolis force and the centrifugal force make the flow field extremely complex in the ultra-deep well. Simultaneously, because the fluid medium mud belongs to two-phase currents of fluid and solid, which makes the test of internal flow field more difficult. The fluid dynamics software-fluent is applied in the ultra-deep well, based on the Navier-Stokes equation and the Reynolds stress equation model, several models are built in the paper. In the same conditions, the different results are stimulated by CFD simulation software Fluent; relative designing geometry parameters are optimized.

Abstract:The liner cementing under high temperature and high pressure in slim-hole is difficult. Well Long-16 is an important preliminary prospecting well in Chuanbei low and flat fold belt of Jiulongshan structure. The original 2159mm hole was designed to complete in Permian, but as well kick and circulation loss happened frequently, 1778mm casing was put down to cement the upper well section ahead of schedule. In this case, 1492mm bit was used to 598800m, and liner cementing was completed. Before cementing, oil gas showed strongly with drilling fluid density of 234g/cm3 and well temperature of 1396℃.

Abstract:Pore pressure, breakdown pressure and collapsing pressure are the bases of determining the casing programme, drilling fluid density and cementing and completion plan, and are important in the design of drilling engineering. Analysis was made on prediction technique of formation pressure in volcanic rocks, and for the first time, the advanced rock mechanics theory abroad was put into volcanic rocks in Qingshen gas field. 3 pressure prediction models were made, new correction methods were put forward according to these models and the characteristics of volcanic rocks in Qingshen gas field; 3 pieces of pressure prediction software were worded out, and the precision met the construction requests, it provides the reference for the design of drilling engineering in Daqing area.

Abstract:Cyclone desanding technique is separating solid phase from drilling mud by centrifugal force, it can be used in geological prospecting, petroleum and gas industry and metallurgical industry. Automatic cyclone desander adopts cyclone-separating technique; retrieves the defects of traditional desander, such as unsatisfied solid phase separating effect and underflow channel blocking. So purifying quality of drilling mud and desanding efficiency are largely improved, the blocking area can be automatically broken with less working time and cost.

Abstract:The pulsation-jet nozzle was designed according to the principle of self-excited oscillation pulsed jet, and was applied in PDC oil drilling head. The application in different area, formation and diameter showed that compared with ordinary PDC bit, penetration rate of self-excited oscillation pulsed jet PDC oil drilling head increased 10%-30%, the service life and application range was largely prolonged and enlarged, and the size of rock debris was increased by 2-4 times without any auxiliary equipment.
