Abstract:2007年恰逢勘探所建所50周年,回顾过去,勘探所自建所以来先后完成了科研成果近400项,在众多方面取得了突破性进展,有134项获部级以上奖励,其中获国家创造发明奖和新产品奖6项,国家科技进步一等奖1项,部、省科技成果一等奖7项、二等奖21项,其他各类奖项99项。获国家专利21项,为我国探矿(岩土钻掘)工程技术处于世界前列起了十分重要的作用。展望未来,勘探所面对新机遇和新挑战,必须紧紧围绕国务院《关于加强地质工作的决定》和温家宝总理对加强地质工作的重要指示精神,加大对钻掘新技术、新设备的研发和推广应用力度

Abstract:Analysis was made on present situation of application technique of drilling fluid for coring in frozen soil and ice sheet in foreign countries, and suggestions were made on study of drilling fluid for hydrate in plateau permafrost and field application, such as selection of resistance ability of washing fluid to low temperature, antifreeze agent and anti-low-temperature treatment agent; inhibit and fluid loss reduce of drilling mud.

Abstract:Transportation pattern of aviation flight is described for drilling engineering in the area difficult to get in. Technical economic is studied on helicopter transportation, and objective conditions of aviation flight transportation for geological survey drilling have been provided. The application of aircraft marks a new level stage of geological survey drilling and also will promote development of drilling equipment.

Abstract:高精度定向钻进技术在石油钻井、可溶性矿产资源的利用开发等方面已经有了很高的水平,绳索取心技术在我国也已有了几十年的使用历史,都属于相对成熟的应用技术。将二者有机结合起来,可以解决不规则沉积矿床、隐伏矿床等矿床勘探和特殊工程地质勘察难题。探讨了该技术的应用领域、关键技术及创新点,简要介绍了实现该技术目前正在研制的相关钻具结构及其技术参数。

Abstract:Since the existence environment and the characteristic of the gas hydrate are special, the most effective way to really get to know the physics and chemical natures of gas hydrate is to depend on the drilling sampling. Drilling equipment, drilling tool, drilling technologies and special drilling fluid are the most important factors to meet the requirement of the drilling and sampling engineering. The structures and principles, features, drilling technology and trial result of the sampling drilling tools for gas hydrate are introduced in the paper. Abstract:金刚石钻头非正常磨损的形式主要有钻头底唇拉槽、底唇抛光、偏磨、胎体快速磨损等,破坏的原因较复杂,不但与钻头的加工制造工艺有关,还与粘结材料的选用、金刚石品级、唇面形状、胎体与被钻切介质的匹配性能有关。对以上问题进行分析并找出了钻头非正常磨损产生的原因和破坏形态,提出了解决方法和措施。
