Abstract:Composite foundation with CFG pile and gravel pile is taken in recently deposited liquefying silt ground in Yellow River alluvial plain. CFG pile can increase the bearing capacity of foundation with its rigidity, and gravel pile can eliminate the liquidation of silt ground. This construction method is proved workable.

Abstract:Dalian COSCO 300000 DWT floating dock is the largest floating dock engineering in China at present,with 30 sea piles of 800 mm in diameter,embedded 4~5 m(the deepest is up to 8 m) in intermediary weathering rock.Barge was used in sea pile construction,and FGC-15D large diameterwet reverse circulation DTH was adopted for hole completion.

Abstract:Back-reaming is a very important step in pipe paving construction with method of trenchless technology. The quality of back-reaming will determine the result of the hole construction. Based on equal-torque principle, the thesis established a mathematical model, and deduced the formula to calculate the diameter of back-reaming. The author also programmed software that can carry out the optimum design, and gave out some rational suggestion.

Abstract:对陕西凤太矿田易斜地层在钻孔施工中出现的钻孔弯曲问题进行了分析研究,结合以往的施工经验,采取了钻孔的方位、倾角提前预偏,自制简易钻塔、以较小的钻孔倾角开孔、螺杆钻定向、修弯钻铤等防斜治斜措施,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:介绍了大口径煤矿排水井在较复杂地层中的成孔、完井的施工技术。从多个角度详细介绍了利用正循环钻进工艺施工过程中,对于一些复杂地层的处理方法和处理工艺。利用泥浆处理技术,成功克服了大口径排粉的困难;应用塔式钻具及减压钻进技术保证了钻孔垂直度。建议在类似工程中推广应用气举反循环钻进工艺技术。

Abstract:The most difficult problem of drilling in hard and compact rocks is that drilling efficiency is very low. In this case, a new type of hot-pressing diamond bit was developed. By changing weakly-bonded materials and adding strengthened granular graphite to bit matrix, the diamond exposure of bit was improved. Based on the tests, the relation between diamond exposure and graphite size, graphite content in matrix and strengthening degree were obtained. Field drilling results showed higher diamond exposure; penetration rate was 1.2m/h; service life exceeded 20m.

Abstract:According to the unstable condition of the displaceable block and the breakage term of the stratified rock, this paper analyzed the stability of surrounding rock during the excavating process in different geological structures. And according to the relation between rock occurrence of the underground chamber and geometrical boundary of excavation, the paper gave the method to positioning breakage. Finally, by the analysis on the cause of collapse in engineering, evaluation on stability of surrounding rock in stratified rock was further tested.
