Abstract:The engineering geological condition, pit support design and its construction process in Beijing Century Building Project are mainly introduced in this article. It is narrow around the deep and big pit. It is designed via calculation and contrast that the top wall with nail in soil plus the bottom slope-supporting pile is adopted on the narrow west pit near a road and existing buildings and that the top wall with nail in soil plus the bottom slope-supporting pile and anchor is used on the rest parts of the pit. This scheme has excellently solved the problem of the low security and has relatively reduced the cost of the support and protection of the pit. This article has some reference sense to the design and construction of the deep and big pit.

Abstract:根据福建漳州新城大厦基坑降水井口径大、单井涌水量大的特点,采用了350 mm钢筋笼外包一层20目不锈钢丝网和一层28目尼龙网,孔隙率比钢管作滤管高3倍以上,增大了过水面积,降低了水跃值;管壁与孔壁间采用粒径比规范值大一级且大小不等(1~4 cm)的砾卵石作为滤料充填,洗井时间比按规范值填砾缩短2/3,井内泥浆采用排污泵排除,并与空压机清洗联用,洗井速度快,效果好。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the reinforcement design and construction way of some high slope in Guangzhou. Various methods are used in the reinforcement program, such as anchor wire, rockbolt, anti-slide pile, steel-pipe pile, lattice girder and soil blocking wall, which have effectively raised the slope stability. The FEM method was adopted to verify the rationality of the design program. The situation results confirmed with engineering practice.

Abstract:The article introduced the work principle of the injector device and the application in the reverse-circulation sampling drilling bit. Then use the FLUNET fluid engineer emulator software to simulate the onerous formed inside the different obliquity and hole diameter respectively. The pressure distributing nephogram and the corresponding numerical value has been gotten. Injectors with different degrees and different hole diameters according the conclusion from FLUENT be designed to experiment in the laboratory. Comparing the two values we found that they are anastomose essentially. It shows that using emulator technology to design is credible and simple, and the cost is lowered, the design cycle is shorten compared with the method through experience and test.

Abstract:Aiming at screw steel bolt which is widely used in underground engineering and has some disadvantages such as low pre-tension and short pre-stressed area, the author designed mechanical anchoring device. It improved obviously the length of pre-stressed and pre-stressed, which can effectively solv the problem of cyclic loosing pallet by explosion or rock behavior. After our testing and locale application, the results indicated that it can well adapt for bad rock conditions.

Abstract:Inner upsetting technology for thin wall drilling pipes was used in Series SQ high strength wire line drilling pipes. The strength of drilling pipes was increased 40% by optimizing joint thread parameters, improving heat treatment and surface treatment techniques and simplifying structure. The life of the drilling pipes was obviously increased. The pressure drop through the drilling pipes was decreased. A good result was gained in complicated geology conditions.

Abstract:By studying the application of sandwich-structured synthetic diamond core bits, following results are concluded: Matrix hardness can be HRC3-5 higher than that of similar ordinary ones; Finer diamond can be used partly as substitute of coarse ones, or even a fraction smaller size can be adopted, which can reduce the cost with better performance especially for drilling medium to hard formation (grade 8-10); Many factors should be considered when designing the width of interlayer, and usually it should be 1/5 to 1/4 that of the kerfs. The problem of short working life of core bit because of wearing out of the inner wear-resistant layer can be solved by adding 5% to 8% RVD2 of 70/80 mesh to strengthen the inner layer or the width of inner layer being 1/3 that of the kerfs. Such experience is beneficial to the manufacturing technology of Sandwich-structured Diamond Core Bits.

Abstract:The various measures, such as pre-casting through advanced installed pipe shed, grille steel frame or profiled bar support, top arch net, system rockbolt, and injecting concrete, were used to deal with the technical difficulties under bad geological conditions during excavation of tunnel within V type surrounding rocks. The tunnel section of 574 m length was safely excavated through V type surrounding rocks, including 3 broken belts. The fore shaft was successfully made.

Abstract:Inverse design and construction used in civil air defence under Xinhua Street in Nanning was introduced. During construction, bored row piles for supporting and center piles for load bearing was firstly made, and top tray was used as support system. After road surface recovered, the foundation pit was excavated to its bottom and the main structures were constructed. This construction method can shorten road occupation time and minimize the interference with surrounding business.
