Abstract:By an engineering example, performances of large diameter concrete pipe are discussed on the engineering quality, construction technique, project investment and environment protection. The result reveals that the concrete pipe have such advantages as better durability, good environment protection, less pre-investment and maintenance, high efficiency on construclion, easy to operate, and with the ability of pipe-jacking in curve. Abstract:Based on the virtual prototyping technology and the geological machinery design actuality, the necessity of virtual prototyping technology application in geological engineering machinery field is discussed. Furthermore, a practical strategy for setting up geological machinery virtual prototype is proposed. Abstract:Based on the research and analysis, the new idea of small-sized drilling rig with automobile chassis is presented. According to the situation of geological survey, and based on the design of domestic small-sized geological coring rig, a multifunctional full-hydraulic facility, CQK-50 drilling rig with automobile chassis was developed, and it gets good result in conformation drilling for unusual data by geophysical-geochemistry remote sensing.

Abstract:There arc almost 40 oil or water wells in which the casing tubes cannol be pulled out in the Putaohua oil field in each of the past few years. It has hidden danger and cosls a lot to use traditional releasing tools or heavy repairing racks to solve the problem. So down well hydraulic pressure jam releasing technique has been researched with oil drain device, down well hydraulic pressure jam releasing assembly, safe joint and fishing tools; the pump truck on thc ground provides pressure for the hydraulic releasing assembly to keep safety and reduce cost. This technology can be widely used in the middie and later period of oil field development.

Abstract:Due to the characteristics of large span, complex structure, and liability to the disturbance of operation, cross sections of deep engineering are somewhat difficuh to support. Through the field investigation in geological condition, a difficulty coefficient and the eorresponding supporting types and parameters were determined. Four primary deformation mechanics, i.c. mechanics of tectonic stress interaction, mechanics of self-welght stress interaction, mechanics of structure deformation, as well as deformation related to operational sequence were summarized out. Based on the analysis of these deformation mechanics, the cable and bolt supporting parameters and operation sequences were optimized. The supporting plan was put into operation and a sound effect has been achieved.
