Abstract:Some sections on Luozhan Railroad are loose soil in up part and karst caves in down part of the foundation. The cement injection way and parameters were determined according to the hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions. The different injection methods were used in soil and rock body to consolidate and to fill the loose soil and the corrosion pockets, karst caves and corrosion grooves in the rock body, so that they can form one integrated consolidation body. The bearing capacity of rock dissolution foundation was strengthened. Therefore the normal run of railway is ensured. The cement injection techniques and its results were introduced.

Abstract:The frame grains and filling grains were designed by using temporary shield blocking techniques, taking account of heterogeneous apertures and following the reservoir features of Sangong Structure in 1st district of Sungar. The drilling fluid formula was optimized after indoor test. The techniques gained very good application results in 1st district of center Sungar. The permeation recovery rate reached over 95%. The surface ratio of test well all were negative.
