Abstract:绳索取心钻进打捞内管时 ,有时卷扬钢丝绳会断在钻孔 (或钻杆 )内 ,若无法上钻捞取 ,常用棘刺式钢绳捞取器 (其结构如图 1)。干筋用 16mm的钢筋制作 ,“棘刺”用 10mm的钢筋制作 ,由于受钻孔(或钻杆 )内径限制 ,干筋不能太粗 ,因而“棘剌”也不能太粗、太长 ,其和干筋焊接强度也不高 ,所以其搅缠钢绳时 ,钢绳易滑脱而难以缠紧 ,强力提拉时 ,棘刺易变形或脱落 ,使打捞失败。为此 ,我们设计使用了鱼叉式钢绳捞取器 (见图 2 ) ,取得了满意的效果。图 1 棘刺式钢绳捞取器 图 2

Abstract:After analyzed the effect factors of the two dimension forces applied on convenient mechanism, the modified equations are used to calculate the values. So that the errors of maximum calculated value resulting from individual effect factor can be corrected. The chuck of CD-3 drilling rig was calculated by this method and right results were got out. That shown it is feasible to correct the maximum calculated value by individual factor effects instead of by multi-factor effects.

Abstract:Natural Gas hydrates (NGH), a new kind of environmentally clean energy, can stably exist at low temperatures and high pressure. To avoid the decomposition of NGH during exploration, the temperature and pressure at its original state must be properly maintained. Firstly, this paper presents the methods currently used in the NGH exploration, and then introduces the formula of low-temperature drilling fluids tested at laboratory by foreign countries that have rich experience in the aspect of NGH research. Continuingly, the rheological behaviors and the property of density of low-temperature drilling fluids are emphatically discussed. At the end of this paper, suggestions regarding NGH exploration are also put forward.

Abstract:The replacement efficiency problems encountered in casing cementing practice in Caracoles Oil Field of Venezuela was resolved by using wall surface shearing stress cementing. The main points of wall surface shearing stress cementing are as follows. The results of three type of cementation logging, e.g. CBL, VDL and SBT, can be ensured to meet the requirements, while the shearing stress along the well surface reached 15 Pa during grouting. When the shearing stress reached 30 Pa the results of CBL, VDL and SBT cementation logging can reach the best. High shearing stress can be gained by turbulence or by increasing gel strength of grout.
