Based on the influence elements, the experiential regression formula which describes the relations between influence and GIN was derived out through plurality linear regression. Abstract:The annular multinozzle jet pump is especially fit to pump the mix liquid containing large amount of solid particles because the drawn liquid flows in one direction in the pump. It may be widely used in reverse circulation drilling in large diameter well and in removing the river mud. Through a serious experiments, the effects of each structural parameters of the pump on pump characteristics were studied. The study provided scientific basis for designing annular multinozzle jet pump.

Abstract:The optimized structure parameters, shape of cutting elements, proper material for bit body and heat treatment of PDC anchor bit are obtained through a series of lab tests and several design modification. The results of field tests proved that PDC anchor bit is ideal in mid hard rock drilling.

Abstract:Main causes of mechanical failures which often happen during the work are analysed. The solutions are put forward. Placing a safety clutch with springs and steel balls on transmission shaft of the drill can resolved the mechanical failure problems. It is proved by repeated tests.

Abstract:Pressure of reinforcing grouting for the branch pipe of diversion system in Tianhuangping Power Station is 9.0 MPa. Based on such a pressure, tests were made on both of high pressure inflation rammers and mechanical rammers. Through analysis, advantages and disadvantages of both kinds of rammers as well as the scope of application are summed up.

Abstract:The article introduces the results of indoor mud test and drilling mud test at Nanhai oil field using the sepiolite originated from Hunan Province. The analysis and the test show that the primary components of the clay are sepiolite, quartz, talc and a spot of calcite, and the particle size of the clay is influential to the mud productivity. The clay can be effectively dispersed in NaCl or Na 2CO 3 solution and build up stable viscosity, but it demands stronger shearing force while creating mud. The mud test at Nanhai oilfield had basically achieved the expectant purpose.
