Abstract:The natural gas resources in shallow formation are very rich in China. The cost of exploiting gas resources may be reduced markedly by use of geologic drilling rig. It is necessary to research technology and tool equipment for exploiting natural gas resources in shallow formation by geologic drilling rig. The lightweight BOP in this paper is designed for geologic drilling rig. It adopts adjustable top seal,severable ram block and the transmission structure of chain wheels and bearings,therefore it has reasonable design,novel structure, reliable seal and convenient control,and it is also safe to drill.

Abstract:On the basis of the qualitative analysis of the factors affecting stability of the judged field cases,four main classes of factors comprising 14 items are selected as the stability evaluation index and quantified to make the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by four grades:stability,fairly stability,fairly instability,instability using the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results are very identical with the practical conditions of the slope.

Abstract:Based on the first trial use of a new method for grouting at the bored pile end and sides, analysis and comparison of the trial pile information, the mechanism of increasing the single pile vertical bearing capacity by the new method is investigated. It is stressed that pressure grouting at the pile end,especially the pile sides,increases the single pile vertical bearing capacity greily. The construction method of the new method is detailed.

Abstract:This paper describes the single tooth test for studying the rock breaking process of roller-cone bits in mud rock under simulated downhole pressure conditions (from 0 to 5000m). The tests are carried out under the laboratory condition using deep-well rock breaking tester. The results indicate that the penetration rate slows down with depth is attributed to increasing rock hardness,increasing cutter forces,increasing specific energy and decreasing volume of broken rock with well depth increasing. Therefore,it is necessary to determine the cutter shape and the cutteroplacement pattern in order to fit deep formation drilling and increase the rate of penetration.

Abstract:During drilling through the SK500m exploratory formation in iran,the PHP-CMC gel low-solid mud is used to drill the overburden against loss circulation,clean water and the double-tube swivel type diamond drilling tool used to drill the test interval and kill the water flow,and then the PHP-CMC gel non-solid fluid used for hole-wall protection to the final depth with the pump pressure grouting method to stabilize the hole walls. This results in better solutions to deviation,blockage,loss circulation and water ingression.

Abstract:Analysis is made of the presence of diamond in the matrix of the diamond products domestically manufactured,the welding mechanism of diamond and method of improving the diamond surface properties. The process of creating a metallic carbonide interface on the surface of the diamond by applying metallic additives is researched. Through production trials,diamond is successfully welded to the matrix metal nuder the common production conditions,improving the product performance,productivity and service life,and reducing the production cost.

Abstract:Fracturing fluids and propping agents are the essential materials for CBM well fracturing to increase yield. Through experiments,analysis is made of the low temperature gel-breaking effect of the gelbreaking agent,the damage of the fracturing fluid to the coal host permeability is modelled,and a complete set of fracturing fluid system and formulation suitable to CBM wells is formed. It is decided that the quartze sand be used as the propping agent.
