Abstract:Slice micro-computer intelligent drilling parameter monitor is a king of intellingent multiparameter in- spection explosion -proof instrument used in coal mine boreholes with 80C 31 slice micro-computer as the mainbody. This instrument can measure and record six ways of drilling parameters simultaneously, and can replay themthrough recorder. Design principle ,solution of key problems ,design of program and principles and main technical index are detailed.

Abstract:Critical fissure dimensiorns and fatigue life of semi-ellipse surface, surface, linearity, deep ellipse and deep circle cracked drill rod, etc. can be computed on the base of theories of fracture mechanics, and the impor-tance for extensing the life of rod by strictly inspection to diminish bending stress is demonstrated through instances.

Abstract:With respect to the geological conditions in the salt field of Ye County, full-face drilling is per-formed in the upper section of the well using high speed jet drilling technology with high bit pressure, low rotaryspeed, high pumping pressure and high pumping rate, while in the lower section core drilling is carried on using core drilling technology with low bit pressure, high rotary speed, low pumping pressure and low pumping rate.Anti-cave fresh water mud and saturated salty water mud are employed , resulting better technical benefit.
