    Abstract:

The deviation requirements for the in-situ leaching process holes in the Nalinggou uranium deposit are high, and there are many construction procedures, which make the drilling construction difficult and the construction period long. The construction period for the entire process of the in-situ leaching process holes (one-time hole formation) in the Nalinggou uranium deposit is 6 to 10 days, with an average of 7 to 8 days. The open-hole construction time is 4 to 8 days, with an average of 5 to 6 days. In order to efficiently and rapidly construct the in-situ leaching process holes and save the entire drilling process time, this paper conducts research on the efficient and rapid construction process from aspects such as drilling tools gradation, mud formulation, positive displacement motors and centralizers. Introduce drilling inclinometers, design of solid control systems, design of pipe lowering auxiliary equipments, and design of setting devices to prevent mud from falling back. Through research and experiments, the effects of short open-hole formation time, high hole formation quality, small damage to the drilling tool and low consumption of the drill bit have been achieved.
