The integration of talents and technology remains a defining theme in the advancement of drilling engineering： Insights from the geological drilling practices of Hubei Geological Bureau

Abstract:

Geological drilling engineering is an important technical means of geological work. In recent years， investment in geological prospecting has generally decreased， and how to achieve sustainable and high-quality development of geological drilling work has become a topic of greatest concern to drilling workers. Based on the situation of geological drilling work in Hubei Province， this paper conducts illustration and analysis， taking the 7th Geological Brigade of Hubei Geological Bureau as an example， and points out that the combination of talents and technology is the only way for the upgrading and sustainable development of geological drilling work.
