    Abstract:

    Mine safety has always been a topic of concern. After a mine accident, timely rescue is very critical. In the rescue process of trapped personnel in the mine accidents, quickly opening up the rescue shaft can greatly shorten rescue time and reduce casualties. More and more attention has been paid to the application of rapid drilling equipment and technology in mine emergency rescue. This paper introduces the current development status of rapid drilling equipment and technology, analyzes the performance of mine drilling rescue equipment, and summarizes the emergency rescue drilling technology and its applicable scopes and characteristics. It also analyzes the application effect of the CMD rig in mine emergency rescue drilling, discusses its technical characteristics, transportation advantages and drilling efficiency, and analyzes its important role in improving emergency response time and rescue efficiency. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in mine emergency rescue drilling, this paper also puts forward some suggestions, such as equipment upgrading and multi-process integration, carrying out the adaptability study of multi-process to complex formation, establishing the integrated technical scheme of in-mine accident emergency treatment, and strengthening the application of intelligent auxiliary technology.
