    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficulties exist in thermal reservoir drilling in bedrock of Xiong’an New Area such as drilling in weathered crust, plugging severe formation lost and coring at bedrock, an effective solution for drilling in bedrock thermal reservoir is proposed including small diameter exploration wells, effectively mud plugging using packers and borrowed the principle of diamond full hole coring tool technology through the analysis of the geothermal geological conditions and lithological characteristics of Niutuozhen Geothermal Field, Rongcheng Geothermal Field and Gaoyang Geothermal Field.
