Discussion on Drilling Project Construction Management

Abstract:

The communication inconvenience of drilling construction environment far away from the people has been disturbing the effective production management. Extensive management, management consciousness absence and nonstandard management have caused a lot of major safety and quality accidents. Combined with the drilling project and based on the theory of project management, the analysis is made to explore a set of management mode suitable for the field engineering construction in geological prospecting industry in China.
