Development of High-strength Aluminum Alloy Drill Rod and Its Application in Geological Drilling1

Abstract:

The paper introduced the study on high-strength aluminum alloy drill rod and its application in geological drilling. The results shows that it has better mechanical properties with the maximum hole depth of more than 1000m in drilling test of aluminum alloy drill rod.
