Matching Technique for Drilling Engineering in Well-1 of Songliao Scientific Drilling

Abstract:

Well-1 of Songliao scientific drilling was designed with depth of 1810 m and finishing drilling in diameter of 157 mm. In this engineering, blowout-preventing facilities were equipped at wellhead by raising platform with self-made under-carrier; lifting capacity was improved by reforming lifting system of TJS-2000E water well rig; coring difficulty was overcome by the development of hydraulic coring equipment; mud solid was controlled by introduced high-speed centrifugation deslimer. Certain tasks in “major geological events in the earth surface system during the Cretaceous and greenhouse climate change” of “973 program” were performed and a feasible way was explored for continental environment scientific drilling with top quality and low cost.
