Discussion on Matrix Performances of Thin Wall Diamond Bits

Abstract:

The matrix performances and formula of thin wall diamond bits were designed and discussed. The requirements of cut media to bit matrix performances were analyzed in details. Several bit matrix formula for cutting building stones and steel reinforcement concretes were selected out based on theoretical analyses and practices. The design bit can meet the requirements of actual work conditions.
