R&D of Multi-medium Reverse Circulation Drilling Technique

Abstract:

The technical characteristics and parameters of multi-medium reverse circulation (RC) drilling techniques are analyzed. The trial-manufacture, test-research, application and effects also are introduced. Testing proved that RC drilling has the advantages of higher drilling efficiency, better geological effects and distinguishing formations in time. The success of the RC drilling technique will provide a new drilling method for geological prospecting and have potential application market in China.
