Development and Testing of SDQ-91 MWD Directional Coring Tool

Abstract:

SDQ-91 MWD directional coring tool consists of two parts: directional coring device and MWD tool. The working principle, technical performance and components are described. The method of finding the attitude of the rock formation structural plane by the computer through four core orientation parameters is presented. The testing and its results are also introduced.
