Analysis and Modification of Quenching Process of Heavy Duty Thrust Bearing of Table in Drill Rig

Abstract:

The machining of the heavy duty thrust bearings for construction and water well drill rigs is difficult due to quenching and deformation. The quenching process of the bearing is examined with the main causes of quenching deformation. A special easy quenching press is designed to modify the quenching process, reduce the deformation of the bearing ring, and improve the manufacturing quality.
