    Abstract:

Using the lowtemperature (at the roomtemperature) electroplated technique to produce thermocompression impregnated diamond bits, that is to say, the impregnated diamond segments are set in the bit body, and then on the surface of them electroplate a layer of diamond composite coating, making them to be combined with the bit body and preventing diamond from the second heathurting for sliverwelding, and meanwhile the diamond bit has the advantage of good regulation of matrix property and well maintenance inside and outside diameter gage. This kind of bit has been received favorably by users.
