Analyses on Pressure and Temperature's Change of Synthesis Cubic with Powder Catalyst or Slice Catalyst

Abstract:

The change of pressure and temperature during the diamond synthesis was analysed contrastly in powder catalyst and slice catalyst synthesis systems, the influence of these changes on the diamond synthesis has also been discussed. It was pointed out that powder catalyst is the better catalyst shape for diamond synthesis.
