Diamond Bits With Weak Holding and High Wear Resistant Matrix

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of "bit walk" in drilling, a concept of using weak diamond -holding matrix to get rid of "bit walk" is introduced. This paper describes the basic principle and use of the bit with weak holding and high wear resistant matrix.
