Grouting Parameters Determined by Concrete Rheology

Abstract:

Based on fluid mechanics, rheologic theory, method, and field data, a mathematic expressions was formed for burial depth of the underwater grouting tremie and the relationship between flow resistance of the concrete in the grouting system and theadditional concrete head are established to guide underwater grouting to be carried out by optimum grouting parameters.
