360旋挖钻机施工不同口径桩基耗油量对比分析

Comparative analysis of fuel consumption of 360 rotary drilling rig in drilling of foundation piles at different diameters

本文依托长沙至益阳段高速公路扩容工程第一合同段观音岩互通桥梁工程项目，以该项目桩基工程中桩基开挖为背景，通过结合桩径、桩长、桩数、工程量、耗油比等因素，研究了某品牌360旋挖钻机在该项目中不同口径桩基施工中的耗油量问题，分析了不同桩参数造成机械耗油量不相同的原因，得到了桩径是影响机械油耗增加的关键因素，对桩基开挖工程中机械的选择及造价预算有一定指导意义。

Abstract:

In regard to the pile foundation excavation works of the Lot 1 Guanyinyan Interchange Bridge Project of the Changsha-Yiyang Section Expressway Expansion Project， study was conducted on the oil consumption of a 360 rotary drilling rig in the construction of different diameter pile foundations in this project with consideration of pile diameter， pile length， pile number， engineering quantity， and consumption oil ratio and other factors，， and analysis was made on the causes for the different mechanical oil consumption due to different pile parameters. It was concluded that the pile diameter is the key factor for the increase of mechanical fuel consumption， which has certain guiding significance for the selection of machinery in the pile foundation excavation project and the cost estimation.
