    摘要:

    逆作法施工技术在城市地下空间开发、深基坑工程等领域中具有广阔的应用前景。然而,钢管柱作为逆作法施工中的主要竖向受力部件,其垂直度偏差和人为定位产生的误差对施工质量影响极大。为提高逆作法施工中钢管柱的定位准确性和垂直精度,本文基于逆作法施工工艺流程和智能控制技术,设计并研制一种能够自动调垂及定位的逆作法钢管柱智能平台。主要阐述该设备的总体结构、工作原理和性能参数,并对其进行性能测试。测试结果表明,经逆作法钢管柱智能平台放置的钢管柱垂直精度控制在1/800以内,定位精度控制在±5 mm以内,有效增强钢管柱受力稳定性,提高工程质量。该平台对推动逆作法施工技术向智能化方向发展具有一定的现实意义。

    Abstract:

    The top-down construction technology has broad application prospects in fields such as urban underground space development and deep foundation pit engineering. However, as the main vertical load-bearing components in top-down construction, steel pipe columns are significantly affected by verticality deviations and errors caused by manual positioning, which have a great impact on construction quality. To improve the positioning accuracy and vertical precision of steel pipe columns in top-down construction, this paper designs and develops an intelligent platform for top-down construction steel pipe columns capable of automatic vertical adjustment and positioning based on the top-down construction process and intelligent control technology. It mainly elaborates on the overall structure, working principle and performance parameters of the equipment, and conducts performance tests on it. The test results show that the vertical precision of steel pipe columns placed by the intelligent platform for top-down construction steel pipe columns is controlled within 1/800, and the positioning accuracy is controlled within ±5mm, which effectively enhances the stress stability of steel pipe columns and improves the project quality. This platform has certain practical significance for promoting the development of top-down construction technology in the direction of intelligence.
