    摘要:

    针对大直径长距离管道铺设中水平定向钻机回拖力不足的技术难题,研制了PT-500型推管机。该研究基于工程实际需求,提出了推管机的整体设计方案,包括主体结构设计、电气控制系统及液压动力系统,并重点突破了夹紧卡瓦设计、硫化橡胶参数测定、抱管头强度校核等关键技术。PT-500型推管机在粤东天然气管网和长北输气工程中成功应用,辅助水平定向钻机在复杂地层(流沙-岩石交接层、纯砂层)完成管道回拖,解决了传统方法中回拖力不足、易塌孔的问题。实践表明,该设备具有性能可靠、操作便捷、适应性强的特点,为大直径长距离管道铺设提供了创新性解决方案,显著提升了管道铺设效率,降低了施工风险,推动了水平定向穿越技术的发展。

    Abstract:

    To address the technical challenge of insufficient pulling force in large-diameter, long-distance pipeline installation, the Institute of Exploration Techniques, CAGS, developed the PT-500 pipe pusher. Based on actual engineering requirements, the research proposed a comprehensive design scheme for the pipe pusher, including main structural design, electrical control system and hydraulic power system. Key technological breakthroughs were achieved in gripping jaw design, vulcanized rubber parameter determination, and pipe-holding head strength verification. The PT-500 pipe pusher has been successfully applied in the Guangdong Natural Gas Pipeline Network and Changbei Gas Transmission projects, assisting drilling rigs in completing pipeline pulls through complex strata (sand-rock transition layers and pure sand formations). This effectively solved the problems of insufficient pulling force and borehole collapse associated with conventional methods.Field applications demonstrate that the equipment features reliable performance, user-friendly operation and strong adaptability. It provides an innovative solution for large-diameter, long-distance pipeline installation, significantly reducing construction risks and advancing horizontal directional drilling technology.
