    摘要:

    在西部山区某金矿进行坑内钻探施工时,钻遇多层严重破碎地层,采用冲孔的方式处理事故时间较长,且后续施工发生了多次塌孔事故,导致无法顺利施工。套管护壁、水泥浆封固、冲洗液护壁等单一方式因经济性、工期、安全性等原因,均不能满足施工需求。为此,采用了套管、水泥浆与绿色防塌冲洗液联合护壁的方式进行施工。上段破碎地层采用套管进行护壁,中段破碎地层采用水泥浆进行封固,下段破碎地层采用绿色防塌冲洗液护壁。实践证明:该方法使本项目工期缩短了33.56%,成本降低了11.70%,为类似地层坑内钻探施工提供了有益经验。

    Abstract:

    During the drilling construction in a gold mine in the western mountainous area, multiple layers of severely fractured strata were encountered. Punching was used to deal with the accident, which took a long time and resulted in multiple collapse accidents during subsequent construction, making it difficult to proceed smoothly. The single method such as casing wall protection, cement slurry wall fixation, and flushing liquid wall protection, cannot meet the construction requirements due to economic, construction period, safety, and other reasons. For this purpose, a combination of casing, cement slurry, and green anti collapse flushing solution was used for wall protection during construction. The upper fractured formation was protected by casing, the middle fractured formation was reinforced with cement slurry, and the lower fractured formation was protected by green anti collapse flushing solution. Practice has proven that this method has shortened the project duration by 33.56% and saved 11.70% of the costs, providing valuable experience for drilling in similar geological pits.
