    山东莱芜富铁矿区区域地质构造发育,地层岩性复杂多样,由于地质构造运动、地下水活动等因素的影响,形成了各种漏失通道,区内钻孔漏失严重,烧钻、卡钻、断钻等事故频发,施工难度大、成本高。在3个钻孔岩心钻探施工中,钻遇地下水过水通道性漏失、裂隙性漏失、溶洞性漏失等多种地层漏失问题,现场开展堵漏对策研究,通过采取随钻堵漏、停钻堵漏、顶漏钻进等方式,顺利完成钻探任务,为解决莱芜地区复杂地层漏失问题积累了经验。

    Abstract:

    The regional geological structure of the Laiwu iron-rich mining area in Shandong is well-developed, with complex and diverse stratigraphic lithology. Influenced by factors such as geological tectonic movements and groundwater activities, various leakage channels have formed. Severe drilling fluid leakage, frequent accidents such as drill burning, sticking, and breaking occur in the area, leading to high construction difficulty and costs. During the core drilling of three boreholes, multiple formation leakage issues were encountered, including groundwater flow channel leakage, fissure leakage, and karst cave leakage. On-site research on plugging countermeasures was carried out, and the drilling tasks were successfully completed by adopting methods such as simultaneous drilling and plugging, stop drilling for plugging, and drilling against leakage. This has accumulated experience for solving complex formation leakage problems in the Laiwu area.
