    摘要:

    为了解决西部山前高陡构造大倾角地层等复杂工况条件下的防斜打直技术难题,应用了低成本机械式静态推靠自动垂直钻井工具。该工具为纯机械式三层独立旋转结构,由偏重稳定平台等部件组成,能够在钻井过程中主动防斜纠斜,具有耐高温、高转速、耐强振及低成本等特点。在西部山前构造FSCZ-9井三开?311 mm井眼应用4井次,累计进尺1680.16 m,全井段井斜基本能够控制在1°以下,取得良好的防斜打直效果。与传统技术及国外系统相比,纯机械式结构提高了可靠性,降低了成本,能有效释放钻压,提高机械钻速。通过现场应用验证了工具的可行性、稳定性及可靠性,为工具进一步推广应用提供了技术支撑,为复杂地层钻井提供了高效可靠的解决方案,对钻井技术发展具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the technical problem of anti-deviation and straight drilling under complex working conditions such as the high dip angle formations in the high and steep structures of western China, a low-cost mechanical static push-against automatic vertical drilling tool has been applied. This tool has a pure mechanical three-layer independent rotation structure and is composed of components such as a gravity-biased stable platform. It can actively prevent and correct deviation during the drilling process, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high rotational speed, strong vibration resistance, and low cost. It was applied 4 times in the third section of the ?311mm borehole of Well FSCZ-9 in high-steep piedmont structures of western China. The cumulative footage was 1680.16m. The inclination of the entire well section could basically be controlled below 1°, achieving good test results for anti-deviation and straight drilling. Compared with traditional technologies and foreign systems, the pure mechanical structure improves reliability, reduces costs, effectively, releases the weight on bit, and increases the rate of penetration. The on-site application has verified the feasibility, stability, and reliability of the tool, providing technical support for the further on-site promotion and application of the tool, offering an efficient and reliable solution for drilling in complex formations, and being of great significance for the development of drilling technology.
