    摘要:

    川西海相破碎地层的复杂情况制约了川西海相气田开发的进程,且目前针对海相灰岩及白云岩为主的破碎地层的垮塌没有相关论述或研究,为此开展针对川西海相雷口坡组破碎地层的防塌钻井液体系技术研究就非常必要。本文从川西雷口坡组海相地层特性研究出发,在原有抗温防塌钻井液体系配方优化的基础上,引入成膜剂,形成了川西海相破碎地层防塌钻井液体系技术,并对该体系各项性能进行了评价,在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。

    Abstract:

    The complexity of marine broken formation in western Sichuan limits the oil and gas development progress in the western Sichuan, and there is no relevant discussion or research on well collapse in the marine broken formation mainly composed of limestone and dolomite; therefore, it is very necessary to carry out research on the anti-collapse drilling fluid system for the marine broken formation in the Leikoupo formation in western Sichuan. Based on the study of the characteristics of the Leikoupo marine formation in western Sichuan,the film forming agent is added to the existing formula of the temperature-resistant and anti-collapse drilling fluid system to form the anti-collapse drilling fluid system technology for the marine broken formation in western Sichuan. The performance of the system is evaluated with good results obtained in field application.
